How to Make a Mobile House Container
The production process of a mobile house container mainly includes five steps: constructing the bottom frame, assembling color steel plates, laying floor materials, installing electrical facilities, and perfecting details.

Firstly, constructing the bottom frame is the foundation of production. For the steel frame chassis, the perimeter should be welded with 14050 channel steel to ensure the stability of the chassis. The chassis crossbeams are welded using 482.0 square steel, with a spacing of 35 centimeters to provide sufficient support. For fast-assembly containers of specific sizes, such as the 36 model, the four columns should be joined with corner fittings and then secured with screws. After each bottom beam screw is tightened, it should be further secured with an electric drill to ensure the overall structural stability.
Secondly, assembling color steel plates is a crucial step in building the main body of the house. Wall and roof panels are typically composed of 50mm thick cleanroom panels with white surfaces on both sides, offering both aesthetic appeal and practicality. Standard-sized sliding windows are installed in the windows, and specially made color steel plate doors are used for the doors, ensuring both safety and durability. For the chassis, 18mm thick building formwork is selected, which can withstand a load of up to 200 kilograms per square meter, ensuring the stability of the house.
Next, laying floor materials is key to enhancing living comfort. A layer of high-grade floor leather is laid on the chassis floor, creating a warm and upscale effect while effectively preventing water penetration and keeping the interior dry.
Then, installing electrical facilities is an important part of meeting living needs. Lighting fixtures, switches, and sockets should be installed, and an air conditioning hole should be reserved. The lighting fixtures are usually installed in the middle of the house to provide sufficient light; switches are placed beside the door for easy operation; sockets are installed 60 centimeters above the ground, conforming to ergonomic design; and the air conditioning hole is opened diagonally opposite the door to ensure the effectiveness of the air conditioning after installation.
Finally, perfecting details is crucial for enhancing the overall quality of the house. Window security grilles should be installed to enhance safety; waterproof sealant should be applied to the windows, doors, and roof panels, especially for the roof panels, where glass curtain wall waterproof sealant should be used, which has 5-6 times stronger waterproof performance than traditional sealant, effectively preventing rainwater leakage.
