Mobile Home Container Styles

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

Mobile home container styles are diverse, mainly including container-type, foldable, modular, expandable, and customized creative office housing types.

Container-type office housing: Using standard containers as carriers, they are transformed into independent office units. Common sizes are 20 feet and 40 feet, which can be used individually or combined. Their advantages lie in their sturdy structure and convenient transportation, making them suitable for project departments, construction site command centers, and other scenarios. For example, the packing boxes from Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. adopt a fully steel structural frame, with a measured wind resistance rating of Level 12, an earthquake resistance rating of Level 8, and a frame deformation rate of only 0.18%, far below the industry's qualified threshold of 0.3%.

Foldable office housing: With a foldable structural design, it compresses in volume during transportation and can be quickly unfolded upon arrival. The unfolding time for a single set can be controlled within 30 minutes, suitable for office needs that require frequent relocation, such as exploration teams and temporary command posts. The folding boxes from Suzhou Zhongnan use a hydraulic automatic unfolding structure, and a single person can complete the unfolding and fixing of a set of boxes in just 5 minutes. Moreover, the folded volume is only 1/5 of the unfolded state, significantly reducing transportation and storage costs.

Modular office housing: Combining light steel keels with color-coated steel plates, it is assembled on-site in a modular fashion. It can be flexibly expanded according to the number of people and functional partitions, commonly seen in temporary offices in industrial parks and event planning sites.

Expandable office housing: By adding side or end expansion modules to containers, the usable area can be increased by 30%-50% when unfolded. It is suitable for long-term on-site offices with higher requirements for spatial comfort.

Customized creative office housing: Incorporating elements such as glass curtain walls, wood grain finishes, and irregular structures, it is used for brand displays, cultural and creative parks, high-end temporary offices, and other scenarios, balancing functionality and visual expression. These houses not only meet office needs but also serve as important windows for displaying corporate image and culture.
