Mobile Glue Toilet
Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026
Key points about mobile glue toilets are as follows:

I. Types of Glue for Mobile Toilets
- Paper Pulp Glue: Composed mainly of cellulose, it adheres physically to toilet waste (such as feces and paper) to form clumps, preventing pipe blockages. Its advantage lies in its relatively good environmental friendliness, but its adhesive strength is significantly affected by humidity.
- Biological Glue: Made up of active bacteria and enzymes, it decomposes organic waste through biodegradation while suppressing odor generation. This type of glue requires an appropriate temperature (usually 20-40°C) to function effectively and is ineffective against inorganic materials (such as plastics).
- Chemical Glue: Contains chlorine or quaternary ammonium salt chemicals that eliminate odors through sterilization and oxidation but may release volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Prolonged use may corrode metal components in pipes, necessitating strict control over usage amounts.
II. Usage Specifications and Operating Steps
- Pre-treatment Stage: Before opening the storage tank, check its sealability. Ensure the tank is clean before pouring in the glue. Laying 2-3 layers of toilet paper at the bottom can enhance water absorption and reduce glue wastage.
- Post-use Treatment: Immediately cover the waste with glue after disposal, with a recommended thickness of 3-5mm to form a complete seal. Chemical glue should be allowed to stand for 15-20 minutes for full reaction, while biological glue requires more than 30 minutes.
- Closing the Storage Tank: After operation, confirm that the tank is fully closed to prevent glue evaporation or entry of external contaminants. Clean the tank promptly when its capacity exceeds 80% to prevent an imbalance in the glue-to-waste ratio.
III. Storage and Environmental Requirements
- Storage Conditions: Glue should be stored in a dry environment at 15-25°C with a relative humidity below 60%. Chemical glue should be stored separately, with a distance of at least 1 meter from biological glue to prevent cross-reactions.
- Waste Disposal: Waste containing glue should be treated as hazardous waste. Residues of chemical glue should be handed over to professional agencies for recycling. Residues of biological glue can be composted but should avoid heavy metal contamination.
- Toilet Fixing: After moving, it is recommended to use neutral silicone glass glue or silicone sealant for fixing. Clean the contact surface and keep it dry before construction. Neutral silicone glass glue cures in about 24 hours, while silicone sealant takes 48 hours; avoid bearing weight or vibration during this period.
IV. Safety Precautions If chemical glue comes into contact with the skin, rinse immediately with clean water for 15 minutes. If ingested, induce vomiting and seek medical attention. When using biological glue, wear a mask to prevent inhalation of bacterial colonies. Keep all glues away from fire sources, and equip the storage area with firefighting equipment.
