Mobile Foam Toilet Installation
Admin 10 de octubre de 2026
The installation of mobile foam toilets requires integrated services provided by professional enterprises, covering transportation, installation, commissioning, and maintenance, with a focus on site conditions, system commissioning, and safety details.

I. Pre-installation Preparation and Site Requirements
- Basic Conditions: The ground must have sufficient load-bearing capacity and meet flatness requirements (error ≤ 5mm/m) to prevent equipment tilting or settling. In northern regions, anti-freezing measures such as embedding insulation layers or using electric tracing systems should be considered; in coastal or windy areas, windproof structures should be reinforced to prevent equipment displacement.
- Water and Electricity Access: A 220V power outlet should be reserved (some equipment supports solar power), and circuits should be waterproofed (e.g., IP65-rated protection); sewage channels should plan routes for fecal tank removal to ensure direct vehicle access and avoid secondary handling.
- Environmental Adaptability: The equipment is suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C to 50°C. In extreme cold scenarios, anti-freezing foam liquid should be selected, and in high-frequency usage scenarios (e.g., large events), the number of toilet stalls should be increased, and the removal cycle shortened.
II. Core Installation Process
- Preliminary Planning: Determine stall spacing (≥ 1.2m), accessible passage width (≥ 0.9m), and equipment placement direction (avoiding direct sunlight or rainwater ingress) based on the number of users (e.g., 8-10 stalls for an average of 500 people per day), gender ratio (usually designed at 1:1.5), and site layout.
- On-site Construction:
- Fixing and Connection: Secure the equipment base with expansion bolts or chemical anchors to ensure levelness; connect power lines (protected by metal conduits), sewage pipes (with a slope ≥ 2%), and foam liquid delivery pipes, and seal the interfaces.
- System Commissioning: Adjust the parameters of the foam generation device (the ratio of foam liquid to compressed air is usually 1:8-1:12) to ensure a foam layer thickness ≥ 3cm; test the microcomputer control system to verify functions such as lighting, ventilation, and liquid level alarms.
- Modular Assembly: Some equipment adopts a column-splicing structure, connecting frames with bolts without concrete pouring, enabling rapid assembly within 2 hours.
III. Key Technical Details
- Foam System: The foam layer reduces fecal adhesion through lubrication while sealing the sewage outlet to block odors. Regularly check the foam concentration (sensor monitoring value should be maintained at 15%-20%) and the remaining amount of foam liquid (automatic alarm when below 10%).
- Intelligent Control: The microcomputer module can set timed ventilation (starting for 10 minutes every 2 hours), night lighting mode (inductive switch), and fault code display (e.g., E1 represents liquid level abnormality, E2 represents foam pump failure).
- Safety Protection: The circuit should be equipped with a leakage protector (operating current ≤ 30mA), the sewage pipe should have an anti-backflow device, and in winter, the fecal tank should be equipped with an insulation layer (thickness ≥ 50mm) or a heating rod (power ≤ 500W).
IV. Maintenance and Guarantee Points
- Daily Inspection: Check the foam generation device, electronic control module, and pipeline connections daily, replenish foam liquid weekly (consumption per stall is about 0.5L/day), and clean the toilet and fecal tank monthly (using a high-pressure water gun for flushing, avoiding corrosive cleaners).
- Fault Handling: Establish a 24-hour response mechanism. Common problems such as insufficient foam (check air pump pressure), sewage blockage (dredge the pipeline), or circuit faults (replace fuses) should be resolved within 2 hours.
- Responsibility Division: The service provider is responsible for equipment maintenance and fecal removal, while the user should provide a stable water and electricity supply and prohibit the dumping of debris (such as tissue paper and plastic bags). Both parties should sign an agreement to clarify responsibility boundaries.
