Mobile Flush Toilet Base Installation

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

The installation of mobile flush toilet bases can be divided into two types: complex engineering installation and simple mobile toilet installation. The specific steps are as follows:

Complex Engineering Mobile Flush Toilet Base Installation

  1. Foundation Construction
The site must be leveled strictly according to the design drawings, and the soil should be compacted layer by layer using compaction machinery to ensure that the foundation bearing capacity meets the design requirements. The thickness of the concrete foundation must reach the load-bearing standard, and the positioning error of the embedded parts should be controlled within the allowable range (usually within ±5mm). During foundation curing, moisture and heat preservation measures should be taken. In winter construction, antifreeze agents should be added to the concrete to prevent insufficient strength due to low temperatures. The curing period should be determined according to the ambient temperature, generally not less than 7 days.

  2. Equipment Hoisting and Positioning
Professional hoisting equipment should be used for hoisting. The hoisting point position must match the load-bearing structure of the equipment to avoid local stress concentration. During hoisting, the equipment should be moved slowly and uniformly at a constant speed. When the equipment is about 20-30cm away from the foundation surface, pause, and have a guide correct the orientation before slowly lowering it into place. The equipment base must be in full contact with the foundation embedded parts. Use a level to check the flatness from the longitudinal, transverse, and diagonal directions. If the deviation exceeds 2mm, adjust it with steel plate shims. After positioning, immediately carry out anchoring operations: For steel structure foundations, high-strength bolts should be used, tightened in two stages following a diagonal tightening sequence; for concrete foundations, chemical anchors or expansion bolts should be used to ensure that the anchoring force meets the design requirements. After anchoring, apply anti-rust paint (for steel structures) or fill with sealant (at concrete joints), and finally recheck the levelness and remove the hoisting rigging.

Simple Mobile Toilet Base Installation

For basic mobile toilets, the installation process is significantly simplified:

  1. Install the silicone anti-slip pads into the recesses at the four corners of the base respectively, ensuring that the anti-slip pads are in full contact with the ground to enhance stability.
  2. Align the buckle positions of the upper and lower toilet bodies, press down evenly with both hands, and a "click" sound indicates that the buckles are securely fastened.
  3. After installation, gently shake the equipment to check for any looseness or abnormal noises. Once confirmed to be correct, it can be put into use. This type of installation does not require professional tools, but note that the anti-slip pads need to be cleaned regularly to maintain their anti-slip effect.

Precautions: Complex engineering installation should be carried out by a professional team and strictly comply with construction specifications; although simple installation is convenient to operate, it is still necessary to ensure that the buckles are fully locked to prevent separation during use.
