Mobile Factory Toilet

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

Mobile factory toilets are designed as integral movable facilities to meet the toilet needs of factory workers.

I. Basic Components Mobile factory toilets typically consist of core components such as fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Among them, the fecal treatment system is crucial. Water-flush toilets require water tanks and sewage pipes, while non-water-flush toilets rely on dry packing or suction devices. Mobile devices (such as wheels and lifting structures) ensure that the facilities can be quickly relocated to different areas.

II. Type Classification

  1. By structural form: They are divided into single-unit structures (independent units suitable for small-scale needs) and composite structures (multi-unit combinations that can be expanded into large public restrooms).
  2. By mobility method: They include lifting and handling types (requiring forklifts or cranes for operation) and powered and towed types (with their own power or connectable to vehicle traction).
  3. By sewage treatment method:
    • Water-flush type: Requires a water connection and uses flushing for cleaning, with sewage discharged into storage tanks or municipal pipelines.
    • Non-water-flush suction type: Uses a vacuum pump to suction feces, reducing odors and suitable for water-scarce environments.
    • Recirculating water-flush type: Reuses water resources through filtration and disinfection technologies, reducing water consumption.
    • Dry packing type: Uses biodegradable bags to collect feces, requiring no water source and facilitating easy cleaning.

III. Core Features

  1. Mobility: Factories can adjust the toilet positions according to production needs, such as quickly deploying them to new areas during temporary expansions.
  2. Flexible configuration: The number of squatting positions can be customized based on gender ratios. For example, a factory in Zhejiang set up 7 squatting positions for men and 1 for women due to a higher number of male workers.
  3. Environmental protection and energy efficiency: Dry packing and non-water-flush types reduce water consumption, while recirculating water-flush types lower sewage discharge.
  4. Quick installation: Modular design enables short assembly cycles. For instance, a customized toilet was delivered within 4 days in a certain case.

IV. Application Scenarios Suitable for factory areas, construction sites, temporary event venues, etc., especially areas lacking fixed sewage systems. For example, European-style mobile toilets feature ivory-white metal carved panels and marble basins, combining practicality with aesthetics to enhance corporate image.
