Mobile Environmental Toilet Tile Renovation
Admin 08 de octubre de 2026
If you don't want to smash the old tiles during the renovation of mobile environmental toilets, you can use methods such as wall panel covering, directly laying new tiles, wallpaper pasting, wall paint spraying, decorative tile or sticker application, and background wall panel composite.

- Wall Panel Renovation: Wall panels can be directly covered over the old tiles, serving both protective and decorative purposes. Materials such as PVC, acrylic, and gypsum board are good choices, as they are moisture-proof, mold-resistant, and easy to clean, making them highly suitable for bathroom renovations. Before installation, clean the surface of the old tiles and apply waterproofing. Then, cut the wall panels according to the wall size and panel dimensions, and secure them with glue or screws. After completion, you can also install hanging accessories, mirrors, and other decorations to enhance the overall aesthetics.
- Directly Laying New Tiles: If the old tiles do not have large areas of hollow drumming or cracking, the glaze is not significantly damaged or curled, and the floor flatness difference is within 3mm, new tiles can be directly laid over the old ones. Before laying, clean the surface of the old tiles and apply a base coat of tile adhesive. Apply adhesive to the back of the new tiles and lay them directly, adjusting with a rubber mallet and leaving expansion joints. Seal the joints with grout after 24 hours.
- Wallpaper Pasting Renovation: Select moisture-proof and stain-resistant wallpapers, measure and cut them according to the tile dimensions, and then apply glue and paste them onto the tile surface. This method can change the style of the old tiles, bringing a fresh decorative effect.
- Wall Paint Spraying Renovation: Purchase the desired color of spray paint and directly spray it onto the surface of the old tiles. When choosing colors, pay attention to matching them with the bathroom furnishings. When using, protect the floor and other furnishings to avoid paint splatters.
- Decorative Tile or Sticker Application Renovation: Choose favorite decorative tiles or stickers, ensure they can adhere to the tiles, and then proceed with the application. This method allows for free design according to personal interests, making use of the old tiles and creating a warm and lovely space.
- Background Wall Panel Composite Renovation: Select favorite background wall panels (excluding materials such as beech and solid wood), sand the surface of the old tiles, and then cut the wall panels to the tile dimensions for composite application. Methods such as leaving tile gaps on the wall can be used to ensure tight adhesion of the wall panels, enhancing the decorative effect and being environmentally friendly.
