Mobile Environmental Toilet Structure Diagram

Admin 22 de octubre de 2026

Currently, there is no publicly available unified structure diagram for mobile environmental toilets, but they typically adopt a framed steel structure composed of a bottom frame, columns, walls, and functional areas. Here is a detailed introduction to their structural characteristics:

The bottom frame of a mobile environmental toilet serves as the foundation of the entire structure and is generally welded using channel steel or I-beams. Channel steel and I-beams possess high strength and stability, enabling them to bear the overall weight of the toilet as well as various loads generated during use, ensuring that the toilet does not sink or deform during operation. This design of the bottom frame also provides a solid foundation for the subsequent installation of other components.

Columns are crucial supporting structures in mobile environmental toilets and are typically made of square steel. Square steel has a regular shape, facilitating easy connection and fixation with other components, and effectively transfers the weight of the walls to the bottom frame. The height and spacing of the columns are reasonably determined based on the design requirements and functional needs of the toilet to ensure the rational utilization of internal space and structural stability.

In terms of walls, mobile environmental toilets install various wall materials on the frame. Common wall materials include color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, and anti-corrosion wood. Color-coated steel plates offer advantages such as light weight, high strength, and easy installation, enabling rapid construction of toilet walls. Metal carved panels not only have an aesthetically pleasing appearance but also possess certain thermal insulation properties. Aluminum-plastic panels exhibit good corrosion resistance and decorative qualities. Anti-corrosion wood provides a natural and warm feel, suitable for places with high environmental ambiance requirements.

Some steel-structured mobile environmental toilets also adopt a ridge-shaped design, which not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the toilet but also improves ventilation and drainage conditions to a certain extent. In the middle of the ridge-shaped structure, an open hand-washing area is usually set up, facilitating hand cleaning for users after using the toilet and enhancing the convenience and hygiene of toilet use.
