Mobile Environmental Toilet Quality Assurance

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

The quality assurance of mobile environmental toilets is reflected in multiple aspects such as materials, production processes, functional configurations, and full-process quality control.

In terms of material selection, the frame is welded using national standard steel, such as the high-standard use of 100*100 galvanized square steel, ensuring structural stability. The surface is covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color steel plates and carved panels. Some products use high-density polyethylene (HDPE), fiberglass, or stainless steel. These materials have characteristics such as corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and fire resistance, significantly enhancing the durability of the toilets. For example, HDPE material is lightweight and impact-resistant, fiberglass is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and stainless steel is suitable for high-humidity environments, collectively ensuring the long-term stable use of the toilets.

The production process is strictly controlled and divided into three stages: mold forming, assembly and debugging, and quality inspection. Mold forming requires precise dimensions and smooth surfaces without burrs to avoid subsequent assembly issues. During the assembly stage, special attention is paid to sealing treatment, using silicone sealing strips or welding processes to prevent odor leakage. The quality inspection stage covers structural strength tests (such as load-bearing simulations), sealing tests (such as water pressure tests for the water system), and functional tests of the flushing system to ensure products meet design standards. Some manufacturers also conduct simulated experiments on microbial treatment efficiency to verify whether the degradation capacity meets standards.

In terms of functional configurations, the interior adopts an independent toilet pit zoning treatment system: the urine channel utilizes gravity self-flow, while the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device, reducing manual intervention. It is equipped with anti-slip floors, automatic flushing toilet bowls, and ventilation and lighting systems to enhance user comfort. Depending on the technical route, such as water flush, packing, or microbial degradation, corresponding sewage collection, waste treatment, and resource conservation systems are configured. For example, microbial degradation toilets decompose excrement through bacterial strains, achieving waterless treatment and highlighting environmental performance.

Full-process quality control runs through all production stages. After shell welding is completed, checks are made for cracks and pores in the welds, and the surface of the box should be flat without scratches or rust. The water system undergoes sealing tests, and the electrical system checks insulation resistance and grounding reliability. Models equipped with sewage treatment devices also undergo operational tests to ensure normal functionality. Inspection records for each process are archived with the product for easy subsequent traceability, forming a complete quality management loop.
