Mobile Environmental Toilet Floor Tile Cleaning

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

The following methods can be referred to for cleaning the floor tiles of mobile environmental toilets. Select targeted treatment methods according to the material and type of stains:

1. Overall floor tile surface cleaning The floor tiles of mobile environmental toilets are usually made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or stainless steel. These materials have smooth surfaces and are corrosion-resistant. When cleaning, it is advisable to use a high-pressure water gun for rinsing first. The high-pressure water flow can quickly strip off dust, urine, and other stains attached to the surface, which is especially suitable for large-area cleaning. If the stains are stubborn, a neutral detergent (such as a special cleaning solution with a pH value of around 7) can be used in combination. Avoid using acidic or alkaline detergents to prevent corrosion of the material surface. When cleaning, pay attention to the direction of the water flow. It is recommended to rinse from a high place to a low place to prevent sewage from flowing back into the gaps or the interior of the equipment.

2. In-depth cleaning of the floor drain area The floor drain is the main source of stains and odors and needs to be disassembled and cleaned regularly. First, take out the floor drain core and soak it in a mixture of white vinegar and water (with a ratio of 1:3) for 20-30 minutes. The acetic acid in the white vinegar can dissolve organic substances such as urine scale and hair, reducing the accumulation of impurities and eliminating pungent odors. After soaking, use an old toothbrush to scrub the internal grooves of the floor drain core and then rinse it clean with water. The surface of the floor drain can be wiped with a neutral detergent. If there are stubborn stains, a soft-bristled brush can be dipped in a small amount of baking soda powder for auxiliary cleaning. The weak alkalinity of baking soda can neutralize acidic dirt and will not damage the material.

3. Treatment of black scale in tile gaps Due to long-term moisture, the tile gaps are prone to mold growth and the formation of black scale. At this time, toothpaste can be used in combination with an old toothbrush for local scrubbing. The abrasives (such as calcium carbonate) and surfactants in the toothpaste can effectively remove mildew spots and stains. When operating, squeeze the toothpaste onto the toothbrush and scrub along the gaps at a 45-degree angle repeatedly. Rinse the toothbrush with water every 20-30 centimeters of scrubbing to avoid secondary pollution of the stains. If the area of black scale is large, first wet the gaps, sprinkle baking soda powder on them, and let it sit for 10 minutes before scrubbing. The adsorptivity of baking soda can soften stubborn dirt and improve cleaning efficiency.

Cleaning precautions:

  • It is recommended to clean 1-2 times a week, and the frequency can be increased to once a day during peak usage periods.
  • Avoid using steel wool or hard-bristled brushes to prevent scratching the surface of the floor tiles.
  • After cleaning, the floor tiles and floor drains must be thoroughly dried to prevent bacteria growth in a humid environment.
  • Regularly check whether the floor drain drainage is smooth. If blockage is found, it should be dredged in a timely manner.
