Features of Mobile Environmental Toilets

Admin 02 de octubre de 2026

Mobile environmental toilets feature mobility and modularity, environmental protection and water conservation, strong adaptability, intelligence and convenience, and user-friendly design.

Mobility and Modularity: Mobile environmental toilets adopt a frame structure that meets hoisting requirements, facilitating easy movement and installation. This design allows them to be rapidly deployed to different locations based on actual needs without complex civil engineering work, making them particularly suitable for temporary or highly mobile venues.

Environmental Protection and Water Conservation Technologies: They encompass various environmentally friendly technological solutions, including waterless flushing, foam sealing, and water flushing. Waterless flushing models can operate without connecting to water supply and drainage pipes, while water flushing models achieve water conservation through rainwater collection and filtration systems, as well as technologies for secondary flushing with hand-washing water. Some models utilize new materials and water-saving technologies, automatically collecting hand-washing water and adding special agents to achieve a flushing effect with only 0.46 liters of water per person, significantly lower than traditional toilets.

Environmentally Friendly Materials and Structure: The main frame is made of steel, with the base welded from channel steel or I-beams and columns made of square steel, ensuring structural stability. Exterior wall materials often include color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, and anti-corrosion wood, which are anti-corrosive and fire-resistant, with a service life of over 20 years, reducing resource waste.

Adaptability to Multiple Scenarios: The product line covers细分场景 (细分场景 can be translated as 'specific scenarios' or 'sub-scenarios' depending on context, here kept as is for now pending more context, but generally described in following text) such as temporary toilets for construction sites, scenic area and garden toilets, and vehicle-mounted toilets. They are widely used in events like entertainment performances, sports events, opening ceremonies, conferences and exhibitions, and mass gatherings, as well as outdoor venues such as gardens, tourist attractions, parks, campsites, construction and decoration sites, and temporary factories.

Smart System Configuration: Some models are equipped with a bottom-layer PLC data acquisition system, 40-inch LED stall monitors, and 4G remote monitoring modules, supporting remote control of lighting and flushing systems via a mobile app to enhance management efficiency.

Wide Temperature Adaptability Range: They can operate normally within a temperature range of -20°C to 50°C, with a working voltage of 220V, adapting to different climatic conditions.

User-Friendly Design: They feature a good ventilation system (top vents or forced exhaust devices), sufficient lighting, sturdy door locks, built-in hooks, storage shelves, and an ample supply of toilet paper, enhancing the user experience.
