Mobile Environmental Toilet Cleaning Schedule
The mobile environmental toilet cleaning schedule is a form that records information about the fecal cleaning and related treatment of mobile environmental toilets. It is introduced from three aspects: constituent elements, functions, and example analysis:

Constituent Elements:
- Time: Clearly records the specific date of the cleaning work, accurate to the year, month, and day. This helps track the periodicity and frequency of the cleaning work. For example, it can analyze changes in the number of cleanings per month or quarter, providing data support for合理安排 (rational arrangement) cleaning plans.
- Location: Indicates the specific location of the mobile environmental toilet, such as the basement, first floor, or second floor. Toilets in different locations may have different usage frequencies, and the amount of cleaning will also vary. Recording location information helps understand the usage status and cleaning needs of toilets in each area.
- Cleaning Quantity: Records the amount of feces cleaned each time in tons (t). This data directly reflects the usage intensity of the toilet and the workload of cleaning. Through long-term data accumulation, the usage patterns of the toilet in different seasons and time periods can be analyzed.
- Disinfection Situation: Records the type of disinfectant used, such as 84 disinfectant in the example. Disinfection is an important part of ensuring toilet hygiene. Recording disinfection information ensures the standardized implementation of disinfection work and prevents the spread of diseases.
- Responsible Person: Clearly identifies the personnel responsible for cleaning and disinfection work. This helps assign work responsibilities and enables timely identification of relevant responsible persons for handling and rectification when problems arise.
- Remarks: Used to record special circumstances or matters that need to be explained, such as equipment failures or weather impacts encountered during the cleaning process, providing references for subsequent work improvements and data analysis.
Functions:
- Work Management: Facilitates managers in understanding the implementation of cleaning work, including the time, location, and quantity of cleanings, enabling the rational arrangement of personnel and equipment and improving work efficiency.
- Data Analysis: By analyzing the data in the cleaning schedule, the usage patterns and trends of the toilet can be grasped, providing decision-making bases for optimizing toilet layout and adjusting cleaning frequencies.
- Quality Supervision: Recording disinfection situations and responsible persons helps supervise the quality of disinfection work and ensures that the toilet's hygiene status meets standards.
Example Analysis: Taking the mobile environmental toilet cleaning schedule of the Ningxiang Citizen's Home PPP project as an example, it can be seen from the table that the cleaning quantities at different floors and in the basement fluctuate at different times but are generally relatively stable. Centralized cleaning is carried out at the end of each month, and the cleaning quantities at each floor do not differ significantly, indicating relatively balanced usage of toilets in this area. At the same time, 84 disinfectant has been consistently used for disinfection, ensuring the hygiene and safety of the toilets.
