Mobile Ecological Toilet Installation

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

The installation of mobile ecological toilets primarily involves the installation of the complete finished product, without the need for complex civil engineering. The specific process can be divided into three steps: preparation before installation, on-site installation, and post-installation acceptance, with some modular toilets being easier to install.

Preparation Before Installation

  1. Site Survey: Avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, high-voltage lines, and obstacle-prone areas. Ensure that the width of the access passage is ≥1.2 meters and reserve operating space to avoid obstructions during subsequent installation.
  2. Material Inspection: Check whether the main body of the toilet, washbasins, flushing devices, sewage pipes, and other accessories are complete, and inspect the appearance for any damage to prevent rework due to missing or damaged materials.
  3. Tools and Personnel: Equip with tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and spirit levels, and arrange for 2-3 professional personnel to operate. If the main body of the toilet is heavy, a crane should be used to assist in handling to ensure safety and efficiency.

On-Site Installation Steps

  1. Foundation Fixation: Hoist the main body of the toilet to the designated position, adjust it to a stable state using a spirit level (deviation ≤3mm), and fix it with expansion bolts or counterweights to prevent displacement or tilting during use.
  2. Water and Electricity Connection: Connect the sewage pipe to the sewer or sewage collection tank, ensuring a slope of ≥2% for drainage. Connect to the water source (it is recommended that the water pipe diameter be ≥DN20), test the flushing and drainage sealing to avoid leakage.
  3. Detail Refinement: Install door curtains and anti-slip mats, check the flexibility of door locks and flushing buttons, clean and disinfect the interior, and place consumables such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer to enhance the user experience.

Post-Installation Acceptance

  1. Function Testing: Flush continuously three times to confirm smooth drainage, step on the top to check the structural stability, and ensure there are no abnormal noises or shaking.
  2. Document Delivery: Provide an Equipment Installation Acceptance Form, indicating the installation date, warranty period, and usage instructions to facilitate subsequent maintenance by the user.

Precautions

  • Safety Regulations: Wear safety harnesses for high-altitude work, and prohibit installation near wind speeds ≥5 or fire sources to prevent accidents.
  • Construction Management: Set up warning signs, equip with lighting for night work, and carry spare parts (such as bolts and sealing rings) to respond to emergencies and ensure smooth installation.

Some mobile toilets adopt a modular design, and the installation process is similar to building with blocks, completed through column splicing and snap-on fixation, without the need to dig a septic tank, further simplifying the process. The specific installation method may vary slightly depending on the type of toilet (such as single-unit or ecological) or manufacturer requirements. It is recommended to refer to the product manual or contact the supplier for detailed guidance.
