Mobile Ecological Toilet Design

Admin 02 de octubre de 2026

The design of mobile ecological toilets requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors, adhering to principles such as mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, environmental protection, ecological friendliness, efficiency enhancement, and humanitarian promotion.

In terms of overall structure: It should be lightweight yet sturdy. Exterior wall materials can include lightweight and durable options such as color-coated steel sheets, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, stainless steel sheets, and aluminum-plastic panels. The main structure should be welded using national standard light steel keels to meet the requirements for overall lifting, facilitating easy movement and installation. At the same time, the height and width of the toilet should be strictly controlled to ensure compliance with actual transportation and installation needs. The mobile device should be complete and reasonable, ensuring that the toilet can be conveniently transported to any location where it needs to be deployed and can be reused multiple times, offering advantages such as mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation.

Regarding sewage treatment methods: There are various types to choose from. Circular water-flushing mobile public toilets are equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic sewage treatment devices for fecal matter, adding biological strains and utilizing biofilm technology to accelerate decomposition. The treated water can be recycled for flushing, achieving effective utilization of water resources. Dry-packing mobile public toilets lack water-flushing devices, with excreta collected by biodegradable plastic bags. After use, the bags are automatically replaced and collected for centralized treatment, avoiding water waste and sewage discharge. Additionally, there are common technical types such as foam-sealing, packing, water-saving flushing, waterless rechargeable, and microbial types. Intelligent water-saving ecological and environmentally friendly toilets automatically collect urine and hand-washing water, adding water-saving special agents to achieve a flushing effect of approximately 0.46 liters per person, significantly saving water resources.

In terms of internal configuration: Standard configurations include toilet bowls (urinals), coat hooks, vanity mirrors, waste bins, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, door locks, and occupancy indicators to meet basic usage needs. Optional configurations include heating and cooling air conditioners, air purifiers, freeze protection systems, heating systems, background music, hand basins, water-saving faucets, etc., which can be selected according to different venues and usage requirements. At the same time, intelligent control systems and insulation systems are adopted, equipped with upper and lower water tanks. By adding water-saving special agents, a low water consumption flushing effect of 0.46 to 1.5 liters per person can be achieved, improving usage efficiency.
