Mobile Container House Sales

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The sales market for mobile container houses is showing a trend of diversification and globalization, with a rich variety of product types, a wide range of application scenarios, and fierce competition among domestic and foreign enterprises.

I. Diverse Product Types to Meet Different Needs Mobile container houses can be divided into five major categories based on their structure and purpose:

  1. Container-type office houses: Using standard containers as carriers, they are transformed into independent office units. Common specifications are 20-foot and 40-foot, which can be used as a single unit or combined with multiple units. Their advantages lie in their sturdy structure and convenient transportation, making them suitable for project departments, construction site command centers, and other scenarios.
  2. Foldable office houses: Adopting a foldable structural design, they compress in volume during transportation and can be quickly unfolded upon arrival. The unfolding time for a single unit can be controlled within 30 minutes, making them suitable for the office needs of exploration teams and temporary command posts that require frequent relocation.
  3. Assembled office houses: Combining light steel keels with color steel plates, they are modularly assembled on-site and can be flexibly expanded according to the number of people and functional partitions. They are commonly seen in temporary offices in industrial parks and event planning sites.
  4. Expandable office houses: By adding side or end expansion cabins on the basis of containers, the usable area can be increased by 30%-50% after expansion, making them suitable for long-term on-site offices with higher requirements for spatial comfort.
  5. Customized creative office houses: Incorporating elements such as glass curtain walls, wood grain finishes, and irregular structures, they are used in brand exhibitions, cultural and creative parks, high-end temporary offices, and other scenarios, balancing functionality and visual expression.

II. Global Market with China Taking the Lead China's export volume of mobile houses continues to grow. In the first four months of 2026, the value of mobile houses exported by enterprises across the country through the Shenzhen port reached 1.68 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 19.6%, with products sold to more than 150 countries and regions. For example, American bloggers Shelly and her husband ordered a 40-foot foldable house from China, with a total landed cost of 28,689 US dollars, including the house body, freight, tariffs, and other expenses. The house has an area of about 70 square meters and is equipped with a bedroom, kitchen, and independent bathroom facilities.

III. Fierce Competition among Enterprises and Innovative Service Models Domestic enterprises such as Beijing Changle Home focus on the sales, leasing, recycling, and refurbishment and maintenance of residential containers and packing-box houses. After the establishment of its Tianjin branch, through a local business team, it achieves rapid connection, nearby viewing of goods, and efficient response, shortening the supply cycle and after-sales response time. In addition, enterprises such as Shanghai Shugan Mobile House Co., Ltd. and Ganzhiju Integrated Housing (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. offer container houses in various specifications with a wide price range to meet different budget needs.
