Mobile Container House Door

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The design, materials, types, and purchasing considerations for mobile container house doors are as follows:

Design Features

The design of mobile container house doors needs to balance functionality, safety, and aesthetics. The door position is usually adapted to the container structure. For example, in the renovation of standard containers, doors are often placed at the ends or sides to facilitate space utilization and personnel access. Some customized products (such as homestays and commercial containers) adopt curved or rounded exterior designs, with correspondingly optimized door frames to enhance visual appeal and wind resistance and drainage performance. Additionally, the door size needs to match the container specifications. The common size of standard container houses is 3M×6M, and the height and width of the door should meet daily usage requirements.

Materials and Structure

Material selection directly affects the durability and safety of the door.

  • Steel doors: These are mostly used in industrial or high-security scenarios, such as factory gates and guardhouses. They use sandwich panels or polyurethane foam composite panels, providing thermal insulation, sound insulation, and fire resistance. For example, the industrial sliding doors produced by a company in Lanzhou use integrated polyurethane foam technology, resulting in a flat surface and strong sealing.
  • Color-steel doors: These are commonly found in temporary prefabricated houses or construction site dormitories. They are lightweight and low-cost but have relatively weak thermal insulation and need to be used with internal filling materials.
  • Customized materials: Some high-end products (such as space capsule homestays) may use aluminum alloy or glass materials, combined with smart lock systems, to enhance aesthetics and a sense of technology.

Types and Functions

According to the usage scenarios, there are various types of doors:

  • Swing doors: These have a simple structure and are suitable for scenarios with sufficient space, such as construction site guardhouses.
  • Sliding doors: These save space and are commonly seen in industrial plants or commercial container shops.
  • Security doors: Equipped with multiple locking points, they are used in scenarios requiring high security, such as mobile bank branches or containers for storing valuable items.
  • High-speed rolling shutter doors: These are suitable for scenarios that require frequent opening and closing, such as logistics warehouses or temporary exhibition halls.

Purchasing Considerations

  1. Material thickness: Check the thickness of the steel (commonly 1.5mm - 3mm). The thicker the wall, the stronger the load-bearing capacity, but the self-weight also increases accordingly.
  2. Sealing performance: Prioritize doors equipped with rubber sealing strips, which can effectively prevent dust and water ingress and improve thermal insulation.
  3. Hardware fittings: Pay attention to the quality of locks, hinges, and other fittings. Poor-quality fittings can easily cause the door to deform or make it difficult to open and close.
  4. Customization requirements: If special sizes or functions (such as fire resistance and sound insulation) are needed, communicate with the manufacturer in advance to confirm whether customization is supported.
