Mobile Construction Site Toilet

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

A mobile construction site toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and set up at construction sites and other locations to provide toilet services for workers.

I. Basic Components A mobile construction site toilet generally consists of multiple parts. The fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device) is used to collect and treat fecal sewage, preventing direct discharge from polluting the environment. The floor provides a stable standing and moving space for users. Sanitary ware such as toilets is the core equipment for using the toilet. Walls serve to divide the space and protect privacy. Washing equipment, including faucets and washbasins, facilitates workers' hand-washing and cleaning. The water tank stores water for flushing toilets, ensuring the normal functioning of the flushing feature. The roof shields against wind and rain, protecting the internal facilities. The mobile device enables the toilet to be moved as a whole, meeting the usage needs at different locations.

II. Classification

  1. By structural form: Mobile toilets can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure toilets are relatively simple and independent, while composite-structure toilets may be more complex and diverse in terms of functionality or space utilization.
  2. By moving method: There are lifting and handling mobile toilets, which usually require lifting equipment or manual handling for movement; and powered and towed mobile toilets. Powered toilets may have their own power systems, while towed toilets can be moved by being towed by vehicles.
  3. By sewage treatment method: Mobile toilets can be classified as water-flushing and waterless suction-type mobile toilets. Water-flushing toilets use water to flush feces, while waterless suction-type toilets treat feces by suction. Recirculating water-flushing mobile toilets can recycle the water used for flushing, saving water resources. Dry-packing mobile toilets pack feces in a dry form for easy subsequent cleaning and transportation.

III. Practical Application Cases Dezhou Hongtu Metal Products Co., Ltd. once customized a mobile toilet for a factory client in Zhejiang. Based on the fact that there were more male workers than female workers in the factory, they made a toilet with 7 male and 1 female stalls and completed it within an accelerated 4-day construction period. There was also a young man who made a mobile toilet using a water storage tank and a pallet. He fixed universal wheels at the bottom of the pallet for movement, placed and treated the water storage tank, and installed a toilet, a faucet, a washbasin, and other facilities, making it convenient for use at construction sites. In addition, there is a 4 + 1 stepped mobile toilet with 4 squatting stalls and an open washroom in the middle. The exterior wall is made of heat-insulating and flame-retardant metal carved panels, the side door is made of titanium-magnesium alloy, the washroom is equipped with a complete set of bathroom cabinets, the interior wall is made of bamboo-wood fiber panels, and it is equipped with an exhaust fan, a tissue box, hooks, and anti-slip tiles at the bottom. It can also be customized exclusively.
