Mobile Compartment Toilet

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

Mobile compartment toilets generally refer to box-type mobile toilets, which are movable sanitation facilities suitable for various locations.

I. Basic Components
Box-type mobile toilets are typically composed of core components such as fecal wastewater storage tanks (or fecal wastewater treatment devices), flooring, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobile units. Among them, the fecal wastewater storage tank is used to collect excreta, with some high-end models equipped with biodegradation or chemical treatment devices to reduce odors and lower cleaning frequency. Sanitary fixtures include toilets or squat pans, with some models featuring water-saving flushing systems. The mobile unit, depending on design differences, may adopt wheeled chassis, towing structures, or detachable brackets to meet the handling needs of different scenarios.

II. Classification Methods

  1. By structural form: They are divided into single-unit mobile toilets (independent units suitable for small-scale use) and composite-structure mobile toilets (multiple units combined, expandable into large public toilets).
  2. By mobility method: They are classified as lifting and handling types (requiring forklifts or cranes for movement), powered towing types (equipped with engines or connectable to vehicle traction), and manual handling types (lightweight design suitable for short-distance movement).
  3. By wastewater treatment method: They are categorized as water-flush types (requiring a water connection and using a flushing system for cleaning), waterless flush suction types (relying on vacuum pumps to suction excreta into storage tanks), recirculating water-flush types (reusing water resources through filtration and disinfection technologies), and dry-pack types (using biodegradable film bags to encapsulate excreta without the need for a water source).

III. Market Brands and Prices
Mainstream brands in the market include Chengliwei, Henglijie, Dongfeng, and Sinotruk, with prices varying significantly based on configuration and functionality. For example, the Hubei Suizhou Dongfeng mobile public toilet vehicle (basic configuration) is priced at 298,000 yuan per unit, the Sinotruk Howo mobile toilet vehicle (high-end powered towing type) reaches 692,000 yuan per unit, while the Hunan Green Environmental Protection toilet vehicle (simple dry-pack type) is as low as 1,800 yuan per unit. Price differences primarily stem from factors such as materials (e.g., stainless steel vs. plastic), wastewater treatment technologies (e.g., recirculating water systems vs. no treatment), and mobility methods (powered towing vs. manual handling).
