Mobile Bulk Toilet Installation Guide
Admin 08 de octubre de 2026
Here is the installation guide for mobile bulk toilets:

Pre-installation Preparations
- Site Survey: Determine the installation location in advance. Ensure the ground is level and solid, and keep it away from main construction roads and pollution sources. It is generally recommended to be more than 1.5 meters away from the edge of the foundation pit to avoid affecting the stability of the toilet due to construction vibrations or collapses.
- Material Verification: After receiving the equipment, check whether the box is intact and whether all accessories are present (such as door locks, flush valves, sewage pipes, sealing tapes, etc.). If any box deformation or missing accessories are found, contact the supplier immediately for replacement to avoid interruption during installation.
- Foundation Treatment: According to the type of toilet (single or connected), clear away debris on the ground and lay a gravel or concrete foundation. The foundation load-bearing capacity for a single toilet should be ≥200kg/㎡. For connected toilets, increase the load-bearing area according to the specifications to ensure safety during use.
On-site Installation Steps
- Box Positioning: Use a forklift or crane to lift the toilet body smoothly to the designated position. Keep it level during the lifting process to avoid structural damage caused by tilting. When multiple people are cooperating, give unified commands to ensure safe operation.
- Drainage Connection: Connect the sewage pipe to the construction site drainage system or a temporary collection pit. Seal the interface with sealing tape or cement to prevent sewage leakage. If conditions permit, it is recommended to install an anti-backflow valve to avoid sewage backflow.
- Flush System Debugging: Connect to the water source (tap water or a dedicated water tank), test whether the flush function is normal, and check whether the drainage pipe is unobstructed. If there is water accumulation after flushing, adjust the slope of the sewage pipe or clear the blockage.
- Internal and External Inspection: After installation is complete, open the door to check whether the internal facilities (such as washbasins, hooks, toilet paper holders) are secure. Check the external box for airtightness to ensure there are no water or air leaks.
Usage and Maintenance Tips
- Daily Cleaning: Arrange for a dedicated person to clean the toilet daily, promptly replenish consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap, and regularly wipe the inside of the box with a disinfectant to maintain hygiene.
- Regular Maintenance: Check the equipment's electrical circuits, valves, and flush system monthly. Report for repair immediately if any abnormal noises or malfunctions are found to avoid affecting use.
- Safety Reminders: Set up obvious signs around the toilet to avoid personnel collisions. Keep it away from flammable and explosive materials to ensure electrical safety.
