Mobile Booth Toilet Exterior Wall Panel

Admin 10 de octubre de 2026

There are various types of exterior wall panels for mobile booth toilets, and when selecting them, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as material, thermal insulation, and fire resistance.

I. Common Types and Characteristics Take the Orunte metal carved panel as an example. It is an integrated thermal insulation and fire-resistant exterior wall panel for decoration. Its core material is a rigid foamed polyurethane sandwich, rectangular in shape, with high compressive strength. The material is a composite of polyurethane, color-coated steel, and waterproof aluminum foil, combining both thermal insulation and decorative functions. The product falls under the category of fire-resistant panels, with fire ratings of B2 and B1. It has a thermal conductivity coefficient as low as 0.035, an applicable temperature of ≤200°C, and a specification range of 2000 - 600038316mm. It is widely used in scenarios such as booths and mobile toilets. Additionally, rock wool sandwich panels are also a common choice. With rock wool as the core material, they offer superior fire resistance but require attention to moisture-proof treatment.

II. Key Considerations for Selection

  1. Material and Structure: Determine whether the wall panel is a single-layer panel or a composite thermal insulation panel. Single-layer panels are cost-effective but have poor thermal insulation. Composite panels (such as carved panels and rock wool sandwich panels) enhance thermal and sound insulation through a multi-layer structure, making them suitable for areas with large temperature differences or noise sensitivity.
  2. Thermal Insulation Performance: This directly affects the internal temperature in winter and summer. Polyurethane sandwich panels have a low thermal conductivity coefficient and offer significant thermal insulation effects. Rock wool sandwich panels, on the other hand, block heat transfer through the fibrous structure of rock wool. In low-temperature environments such as northern regions or scenic spots, high thermal insulation configurations should be prioritized.
  3. Fire Rating: Select the fire rating based on the usage scenario. B1-rated materials are flame-retardant and suitable for places with high occupancy or strict fire safety requirements. B2-rated materials are combustible and should be used in conjunction with other fire safety measures.
  4. Applicability and Customization: Some products support customization of specifications, colors, or functions (such as adding antibacterial coatings) as needed. Confirm the details with the merchant to ensure they meet actual requirements.

III. Application Scenario Adaptation Mobile booth toilets are mostly used outdoors and need to balance durability and aesthetics. Metal carved panels can have customized patterns on their surfaces, offering both corrosion resistance and decorative appeal. Rock wool sandwich panels are more suitable for high-humidity or coastal areas, as their moisture-proof properties can extend service life. Before purchasing, it is advisable to conduct on-site inspections of similar projects to evaluate the actual performance of the wall panels under local climatic conditions.
