Mobile Bathroom and Toilet Installation

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of mobile bathrooms and toilets should follow the steps and precautions below:

1. Site Selection and Ground Preparation
Choose a flat and solid foundation, avoiding slopes, low-lying areas, or soft soil regions. The ground should be simply leveled, and if possible, a gravel or concrete foundation can be laid to enhance load-bearing and drainage capabilities. Reserve sufficient space for personnel passage to ensure ease of use.

2. Main Structure Assembly
Assemble prefabricated components such as the floor, wall panels, and roof cover in the order specified in the instructions. Pay special attention to checking the tightness of the connections at the buckles or bolts to prevent loosening. Ensure the roof is properly sealed to prevent rainwater from infiltrating the internal structure.

3. Sewage System Connection

  • Flush Type: Maintain a slope (usually ≥2%) when connecting to the sewage pipeline to facilitate the natural flow of waste. Install a sealing ring at the connection between the sewage outlet and the external pipeline to prevent leakage.
  • Waterless/Biodegradable Type: Place the waste storage tank securely and ensure it is sealed properly. Regularly clean or add degrading agents as applicable.

4. Water Supply and Flush Device Installation
Tighten the connections when attaching the water supply hose, and open the valve to check for leaks. Secure the flush tank and adjust the water output and response speed. In cold regions, take insulation measures for the water pipes (such as wrapping with insulation cotton) to prevent freezing and cracking.

5. Ventilation System Setup
Install an exhaust fan or ventilation duct, with the vent located on the roof or upper part of the sidewall, and equip it with an insect screen and waterproof cover. The power cord should be fixed to avoid exposure or entanglement, ensuring electrical safety.

6. Internal Facility Installation
The toilet seat, sink, and other sanitary fixtures should be sealed with the wall to prevent water accumulation in the interlayer. Connect the sink's drain pipe to the designated pipeline, and ensure that hardware components (such as screws and hinges) are firmly tightened to prevent wobbling.

7. Anti-slip and Safety Measures
Lay anti-slip mats or choose flooring with a concave-convex pattern. Stick warning strips on steps and thresholds. Use waterproof lighting fixtures, protect the wiring with conduits, and install switches in dry locations.

8. Final Inspection and Debugging
Test the flush device, sewage pipeline, door and window opening and closing, and ventilation equipment operation. Clear installation debris and thoroughly clean the interior and exterior surfaces.

9. Special Scenario Handling

  • Sloped Land: Build a platform to level the foundation.
  • Multi-unit Combination: Maintain reasonable spacing to avoid mutual interference.
  • Windy Areas: Install ground anchors to secure the structure.
  • Low-frequency Use in Winter: Drain the water to prevent freezing damage.

10. Usage and Maintenance Instructions
Explain daily maintenance points to the management: regularly clean the waste storage tank, check the airtightness of the water pipes, clean the ventilation filter, and use neutral detergents to wipe the surfaces to avoid material corrosion.
