Mobile Arc Toilet Layout

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

The layout of a mobile arc toilet should balance spatial efficiency, functional completeness, and user comfort. The following design ideas can be referenced:

1. Wet-Dry Zoning and Space Utilization Adopt a 'two-zone separation' design, dividing wet and dry areas with an arc-shaped or fan-shaped shower partition, typically placed in a corner to minimize space usage. The dry area arranges the sink and toilet linearly along the wall, with the sink width compressed to 40-50 centimeters while retaining necessary operational surfaces. For example, in a case in Changning District, Shanghai, the dry area uses a half-wall partition with white mosaic tiles, while the wet area employs frosted glass doors for light transmission without compromising privacy, enhancing the sense of space with a combination of white mosaic tiles and cream-green square tiles.

2. Compact Layout of Functional Modules

  • Shower Area: The arc-shaped partition reduces space usage, with an integrated waterproof base at the bottom. The wall waterproof layer should extend at least 150 millimeters above the showerhead.
  • Toilet Area: Choose wall-mounted or ultra-compact smart toilets, with an under-toilet space for installing a small washing machine or hanging racks to enhance vertical space utilization.
  • Sink Area: The countertop width should be no less than 0.6 meters, with the length adjusted according to the number of users (single user ≥ 0.8 meters, increasing by 0.5 meters for every additional 10 users). The countertop edges should be rounded to prevent scratches. Wall-mounted drainage can simplify pipe layout, with reserved positions for soap dispensers (spacing ≥ 0.4 meters).

3. Ventilation and Lighting Optimization Install a silent exhaust fan at the top and an air inlet at the lower part of the side wall to create air convection; the air vent should be adjustable to accommodate different parking orientations. The dry area uses a half-wall partition or frosted glass doors, while the wet area selects translucent materials (such as ultra-clear frosted glass) to enhance natural lighting.

4. Storage and Detail Design Set up storage cabinets under the sink, with mirror cabinets extending to the ceiling and equipped with adjustable shelves; install triangular shelves in corners and shallow shelves on the wall behind the toilet. The drainage system should adopt a same-floor design, with a pipe diameter of no less than 110 millimeters and an odor-proof trap, and a filter installed at the drain to prevent clogging.

5. Safety and Hygiene Standards All metal components should be rust-proofed and installed securely without wobbling; regular cleaning and disinfection should be performed no more than every 24 hours, with trash bins equipped with disinfectant hand soap and paper towels; the floor material should be vinyl or non-slip ceramic, with hot-melt welding at seams to prevent water seepage.
