Mobile and Fixed Toilets

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

Mobile and fixed toilets primarily differ in terms of cost, construction/delivery time, flexibility, maintenance costs, and long-term usage stability.

Cost: Taking a one-year usage cycle as an example, mobile toilets only require payment for rental, installation, and operation and maintenance, with no additional hidden costs. Fixed toilets, on the other hand, include costs for civil engineering, decoration, acceptance, and later maintenance, which are 2-3 times the rental cost of mobile toilets. If the usage cycle is within two years, the mobile toilet rental plan does not require bearing costs for civil engineering, demolition, and idle losses, and the overall cost is usually lower. Only when the usage cycle exceeds three years and the site remains fixed for a long time does the cost advantage of fixed toilet renovation gradually become apparent.

Construction/Delivery Time: Mobile toilet off-the-shelf products can be delivered and installed within 1-3 days, while customized products can be implemented within 7-15 days. Fixed toilets typically require 1-3 months, and the cycle may be longer if approval processes are involved. This difference makes mobile toilets more advantageous in scenarios with tight schedules.

Flexibility: Mobile toilets support flexible rental periods ranging from one day to one year, can be relocated or adjusted in position at any time, and support exterior customization. Fixed toilets cannot be moved after construction, and the costs for adjustment or demolition are extremely high, with great difficulty in exterior adjustments. Therefore, mobile toilets are more adaptable in scenarios with limited space or frequent changes in demand.

Maintenance Costs: Most mobile toilet rental plans include regular cleaning, operation and maintenance, and damage repair services, with no additional expenses for users. Fixed toilets require users to bear the costs for cleaning, facility repair, and renovation, resulting in higher long-term maintenance costs. However, fixed toilets offer greater stability in long-term usage and are suitable for scenarios with fixed demand.

Performance Characteristics: Some high-quality mobile toilets even have better ventilation and odor prevention performance than ordinary civil engineering toilets. Especially in short-term demand or temporary scenarios, their delivery efficiency, flexibility, and overall cost advantages are more pronounced.
