Mingxi Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Mingxi should adhere to the following professional requirements to ensure safety and functionality:

1. Foundation Bearing Capacity
The foundation bearing capacity should be determined based on the type of mobile toilet. Lightweight toilets typically require a foundation bearing capacity of ≥100kPa, while large combined toilets require higher bearing capacities, with specific values calculated based on the toilet's self-weight, number of users, and load distribution. Insufficient foundation bearing capacity may lead to toilet subsidence or tilting, affecting usage safety.

2. Foundation Flatness and Stability

  • Flatness: The surface error of the foundation should be controlled within ≤20mm per square meter to prevent toilet wobbling or loosening of connection parts due to uneven ground.
  • Stability: The installation location should avoid areas prone to geological disasters such as landslides and mudslides. If the foundation is soft soil (e.g., silt or backfill), its density should be improved through methods such as sand and gravel replacement, layered compaction, or piling to prevent foundation settlement after long-term use.

3. Foundation Dimensions and Surface Quality

  • Dimensions: The foundation outline should be 10-20cm larger than the bottom of the toilet, with operating space reserved around it for easy installation, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Surface Quality: The foundation should be solid and crack-free to prevent crack propagation from affecting bearing capacity. If the foundation is concrete, the strength grade should be ≥C20, and the thickness should be determined based on load requirements (usually ≥15cm).

4. Corrosion Protection and Drainage Treatment

  • Corrosion Protection: In corrosive environments such as seaside areas or chemical plants, the foundation should use corrosion-resistant materials (e.g., epoxy resin coatings) or add a corrosion-resistant layer to prevent erosion by seawater or chemicals.
  • Drainage: The foundation surface should have a slope of 2%-3% to ensure natural drainage of rainwater or sewage, preventing water accumulation from softening the foundation.

5. Pipeline Connections and Ground Requirements

  • Pipelines: The water inlet pipe should be equipped with a valve, and the drainage pipe should be connected to the municipal sewer network or septic tank. Sealing rubber rings or hot-melt connections should be used at the joints to ensure no leakage.
  • Ground: The installation ground should be flat and solid. For temporary sites (e.g., grasslands or sandy areas), steel plates or concrete prefabricated slabs can be laid as temporary foundations.

6. Post-Installation Inspection
After installation, a load-bearing test (e.g., a stacking test) and leakage inspection should be conducted to ensure toilet stability and pipeline sealing. Regular foundation maintenance should be carried out to prevent a decrease in bearing capacity due to long-term use.

By strictly adhering to the above requirements, mobile toilets can be used stably in Mingxi for a long time while meeting hygiene and safety standards.
