Mile Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Mile should be carried out in accordance with the toilet type and site conditions, following the standardized steps below:

I. Pre-installation Preparation

  1. Site Survey
    • Ensure the ground is flat and solid. Prioritize concrete hardened ground or compacted and stable foundations, avoiding soft soil or slopes.
    • Check the distribution of underground pipelines to ensure there are no obstacles such as cables or water pipes, and reserve operating space for transportation and lifting equipment (such as the boom range of a crane).
  2. Foundation Treatment
    • Select the foundation type based on the weight of the toilet:
      • Concrete Foundation: Embed bolts and check the levelness error to be ≤3mm to prevent deformation of the box.
      • Asphalt Ground or Prefabricated Pier Seats: Suitable for lightweight toilets, ensuring a flat contact surface.
  3. Equipment and Personnel
    • Prepare tools such as cranes, forklifts, spirit levels, and wrenches. Installation personnel should be familiar with the structural process and check whether the box is damaged during transportation (such as deformation or cracks).

II. Positioning and Fixing of the Main Box

  1. Lifting
    • Use a crane to lift the box above the foundation, align it with the embedded bolts, and slowly lower it into place. Directly hooking the roof or wall is prohibited to avoid structural damage.
  2. Leveling and Fixing
    • Use a spirit level to measure the bottom frame of the box. Adjust the level with shims and then tighten the nuts to connect the foundation bolts, ensuring the box is stable and does not shake.

III. Connection of the Piping System

  1. Water Supply System
    • Use drinking-water-grade pipes (such as PPR pipes) to connect the external water supply network to the toilet's water inlet. Use hot-melt or threaded connections to ensure a tight seal without leakage.
  2. Drainage System
    • Connect to the septic tank or sewage pipe:
      • Integrated toilets usually have partial integration completed in the factory, and only need to be connected to the drainage outlet on site.
      • Split-type toilets require separate laying of drainage pipes with a slope of ≥2% to avoid blockage.

IV. Functional Debugging

  1. Check whether the flushing system is unobstructed, whether the electrical circuits (such as lighting and exhaust fans) are normal, and whether the tightness (such as door gaps and pipe joints) meets the standards.
  2. Due to modular design, the installation time of integrated toilets can be shortened to 2-4 hours; split-type toilets require additional assembly of the chassis, frame, wall panels, etc., taking longer.

Precautions:

  • Split-type toilets should be assembled in the order of "chassis → frame → wall panels → roof → internal facilities" to avoid structural misalignment.
  • The installation should comply with the Hygiene Code for Mobile Toilets (GB/T 21239-2023), such as a ventilation volume of ≥80m³/h and fecal and urine treatment meeting environmental protection requirements.
  • For specific operations, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer for customized guidance to ensure adaptation to the local climate in Mile (such as rain protection and moisture resistance) and usage requirements.
