Microbial Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

The microbial environmental protection mobile toilet is an eco-friendly sanitation facility based on microbial decomposition technology, requiring no water supply or drainage pipelines and suitable for waterless environments. Below are its core principles, structural features, and application advantages:

I. Technical Principles and Core Functions
This toilet decomposes excreta using microbial strains, employing constant-temperature heating (approximately 800W) and mechanical stirring (spiral double-auger structure) to thoroughly mix excreta with the strains for efficient decomposition. During processing, gases are discharged through exhaust pipes in compliance with standards, while residues are converted into organic fertilizer. The microbial strains need replacement every 3-6 months. Its waterless flushing design uses photoelectric sensors to trigger the opening and closing of movable baffles, preventing water waste, and has passed microbial safety certification to ensure safe use.

II. Structural Composition and Material Design
The main body is made of stainless steel or metal carved panels, offering corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Internal components include a squatting pan, fermentation and decomposition tank, exhaust pipe, and PLC control system, with optional additions like a handwashing basin, flush tank, and lighting in some models. The standard size is 7.5 meters × 2.4 meters, suitable for temperatures ranging from -30℃ to 50℃, adapting to extreme climates like plateaus and deserts. It operates on 220V power, consuming 3-5 kWh per day, and requires a power connection and drainage pipe during installation (some models are equipped with a fecal storage tank for drainage independence).

III. Application Scenarios and Performance Advantages

  1. High-Efficiency Processing Capacity: It can handle approximately 200 person-times of excreta per day, with decomposition efficiency significantly higher than traditional septic tanks and better odor control.
  2. Flexible Deployment: Its modular design supports rapid installation and modular assembly, making it suitable for temporary events, disaster relief, and long-term needs in large venues through expansion.
  3. Functional Extensibility: It supports the addition of disabled-friendly stalls, baby changing stations, or smart sensing devices to meet diverse usage requirements.
  4. Long Lifespan and Low Maintenance: The equipment has a lifespan of 30 years with a 1-year warranty. Residues converted into organic fertilizer can be reused, reducing environmental pollution.

IV. Technical Certification and Typical Cases
This technology is supported by a key project of the National 863 Program for organic waste treatment, has obtained 20 patents, and has been standardized for application in public areas such as Beijing Olympic venues and the Badaling Great Wall, demonstrating its reliability and practicality.
