Methods for Prefabricated Cement Houses
Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026
The main construction method for prefabricated cement houses involves prefabricating components in a factory and then assembling them on-site, though small-scale, hands-on construction is also possible. Details are as follows:

Large-scale Construction: Prefabricating Components in a Factory and Assembling On-site
- Component Production: All structural components of the house, such as walls, roofs, and floors, are prefabricated in a factory in advance. Factories have standardized production environments and advanced equipment, ensuring the quality and precision of components. These components can be customized according to specific customer requirements to meet the needs of different geographical environments and living or usage conditions. For example, in cold regions, the thickness of the wall insulation layer can be increased; in earthquake-prone areas, special seismic-resistant structural designs can be adopted.
- Transportation and Assembly: The prefabricated components are transported to the construction site. Workers only need to perform simple assembly tasks, connecting and fixing the components according to the design requirements. This construction method significantly shortens the construction period, reduces the workload and difficulty of on-site construction. At the same time, since most of the work is completed in the factory, the environmental impact of on-site construction is minimized, making it more eco-friendly.
Small-scale, Hands-on Construction of Mini Cement Houses
- Foundation Construction: First, a foundation pit needs to be excavated. Cement and sand are thoroughly mixed in a specific ratio and poured into the pit, leveled, and compacted to ensure the stability of the foundation.
- Column Construction: Place molds in the foundation pit and fill them with cement. Insert rods into the columns in the pit to increase their strength and stability, making them more robust.
- Roof Construction: After the cement has set, remove the molds and proceed with roof construction. Support the roof with columns underneath to ensure structural safety. Pour cement on top of the roof and level it to create a flat floor surface.
- Completion: Remove the mold boards to complete the floor construction. Throughout the process, attention should be paid to the setting time of the cement and the construction sequence to ensure the quality and safety of the house. However, this method is more suitable for small-scale mini cement house construction, with large-scale prefabricated cement house construction primarily relying on factory-prefabricated components assembled on-site.
