Meizhou Park Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 27 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Meizhou Park needs to be combined with site conditions, toilet types, and landscape integration requirements, following standardized procedures and complying with relevant regulations. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation

  1. Site Assessment and Planning

    • Determine the number of toilet seats for the mobile toilets based on the park's visitor volume to avoid long queues during peak hours.
    • Select a flat area with good drainage to ensure the ground is solid enough to support the weight of the toilets. If protecting the root systems of ancient trees or cultural relics is necessary, prioritize the use of waterless mobile toilets to avoid excavating pipes.
    • Determine the appearance style of the toilets (such as antique, European, or minimalist) based on the park's theme. Use UV printing technology to attach landscape paintings, plant patterns, etc., to the surface of the toilet boxes to achieve natural integration with the environment.
  2. Type Selection and Standard Reference

    • Split-type Mobile Toilets: Suitable for scenarios with sufficient space and a need for flexible layout. They require on-site assembly of the chassis, frame, walls, and roof.
    • Integrated Mobile Toilets (Box-type Toilets): Factory-prefabricated with interior decoration and equipment integration completed. They only need to be hoisted into place on-site and connected to water, electricity, and sewage pipes, with the installation time shortened to 2-4 hours.
    • The installation must comply with the "Hygiene Standards for Mobile Toilets" (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety and hygiene standards, such as the height of the toilet seats and ventilation design meeting ergonomic and epidemic prevention requirements.

II. Installation Process

  1. Split-type Mobile Toilets

    • Chassis and Frame Positioning: Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated chassis steadily at the predetermined location, adjust the levelness, and ensure stability.
    • Wall and Roof Installation: Insert the wall panels into the chassis slots one by one and secure them. After installing the roof panel, perform sealing treatment to prevent rainwater leakage.
    • Internal Facility Connection: Install partitions, toilet seats, flushing systems, etc. The connection of water and electricity pipelines should be operated by professionals, but the modular interface design can shorten the construction time.
    • Function Debugging: Conduct flushing tests, circuit checks, and ventilation system debugging to ensure all functions operate normally.
  2. Integrated Mobile Toilets

    • Hoisting into Place: Use a crane to hoist the prefabricated box into the designated location, ensuring horizontal alignment.
    • Pipeline Connection: Quickly connect the water, electricity, and sewage pipes, utilizing prefabricated interfaces to reduce on-site construction errors.

III. Post-installation Acceptance

  • Check whether the appearance of the toilets is consistent with the design plan and whether the sealing is good.
  • Test the flushing, lighting, ventilation, and other systems to ensure there are no safety hazards such as water leakage or electric leakage.
  • Confirm that the sewage pipes are smoothly connected to the municipal system or septic tank to avoid blockage risks.
