Marine Special Mobile Toilet

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

Marine special mobile toilets mainly include two types: marine container-type toilet modules and marine sanitary units. Here is a detailed introduction:

Marine container-type toilet modules: These are mobile sanitary facilities specifically designed for ships, combining the robustness of containers with the functionality of toilets. They are suitable for scenarios such as ocean-going vessels and offshore platforms. Their core features include:

  1. Corrosion resistance: The main body is made of galvanized steel plates or aluminum alloy materials, with anti-corrosion treatment on the surface to resist the erosion of seawater salt spray and extend the service life.
  2. Structural stability: The container frame must pass ship sway tests to ensure structural stability in the turbulent marine environment, preventing deformation or damage.
  3. Sewage discharge system: Equipped with vacuum collection or biodegradation technology, it complies with the environmental protection standards of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), reducing pollution to the marine environment.
  4. Space optimization: The internal layout is compact, usually including squatting positions, urinals, washbasins, and storage areas, meeting basic sanitary needs while saving space.

Marine sanitary units: These are integrated bathroom modules that combine washing, bathing, and toilet functions, conforming to the industry standard CB/T 3723-2014. Their core features include:

  1. Modular design: Composed of a chassis, wall panels, ceilings, doors, hardware, sanitary ware, lighting, and water and electricity systems as a whole, they are easy to install and can shorten the shipbuilding cycle.
  2. Space utilization: Adopting a standardized structural form, they are convenient for flexible assembly according to the ship's space, improving cabin utilization.
  3. Functional integration: Integrating washing, bathing, and toilet functions into a single module reduces the complexity of pipeline laying and lowers maintenance costs.

Both types are optimized for the marine environment. Marine container-type toilet modules focus more on mobility and environmental adaptability, suitable for temporary or highly mobile scenarios; while marine sanitary units emphasize functional integration and installation efficiency, suitable for new ship construction or renovation projects.
