Manufacturing Mobile Toilets

There are mainly two methods for manufacturing mobile toilets, or you can directly purchase ready-made products:

I. Building a Mobile Toilet Using Two Chemical Drums

1. Basic Structure Construction: Select two large chemical drums. After removing the top rebar, use a cutting machine to completely cut off the drum lids. Invert and stack the two drums, and secure the upper and lower structures with an iron frame to ensure stability.
2. Opening and Sealing Treatment: Cut an opening the size of a door frame on the side of one of the drums, and also cut the corresponding position on the inner drum body. Cover the gap between the two drums with a rectangular iron sheet, secure it with screws, and apply sealant to prevent leakage.
3. Pipe and Function Installation: Drill holes in the corners of the drum body, install PVC drainage pipes, and seal them with glue, trimming off the excess parts. Place the toilet and secure the water tank, connecting the inlet pipe and the washbasin. Use PVC pipes to make a simple showerhead device, extending the inlet pipe to the shower area.
4. Door and Drainage System: Install two wooden doors using hinges and add handles to ensure smooth opening and closing. Connect the drainage outlet to a septic tank through a water pipe to complete the closed-loop sewage discharge.

II. Making a Mobile Toilet Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

1. Mobile Chassis Construction: Install universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet to ensure overall flexibility in movement. The pallet material should be a metal or high-density plastic with strong load-bearing capacity.
2. Water Storage Tank Integration: Secure the water storage tank on the pallet. The tank body should have reserved inlet, outlet, and ventilation ports. If a shower function is required, a small water pump can be installed to achieve water circulation.
3. Function Module Expansion: Add sanitary facilities such as toilets and washbasins according to needs. The drainage pipes can be directly connected to the water storage tank or an external septic tank. A solar panel can be installed on the top to provide lighting power, enhancing environmental protection.

III. Direct Purchase of Ready-Made Mobile Toilets There are various types of ready-made mobile toilets on the market, including steel plate box integrated types (priced around 1000-6000 yuan), eco-friendly types (using biodegradation technology, priced 2000-5000 yuan), and high-end shower rooms (equipped with air conditioners and fresh air systems, priced over 3000 yuan). When purchasing, select waterproof, odor-proof, and easy-to-clean models according to the usage scenario (such as construction sites, scenic spots, or temporary events), and confirm whether transportation and installation services are included.

Precautions: For self-made mobile toilets, strictly handle sealing and drainage issues to avoid environmental pollution. For ready-made toilets, regularly maintain the septic tank or sewage tank to ensure hygiene standards are met.
