Making Multi-functional Mobile Toilets

Admin 12 de octubre de 2026

There are mainly two methods for making multi-functional mobile toilets: using a water storage tank and adopting a steel structure modular design.

Making with a water storage tank: First, prepare a water storage tank. Install four universal wheels at the corners of a wooden board, use wooden strips for fixation and cutting to form a door frame structure. Then, insert aluminum sheets to increase the height of the frame and cover the top with the cut-off neck part of the tank. Beautify the inner walls by applying white cement. Next, assemble and make the door panel, and fix it to the door frame with screws using hinge pairs. Drill small holes at the bottom of the inner tank, install elbows and floor drains, punch holes in a plastic bucket to connect with threaded reducers, assemble and splice the pipes to form a '日' shape, and install valve switches. Drill holes to install the shower head holder, assemble the toilet tank and ensure proper sealing. Connect the outdoor part to the sewer pipe and the septic tank, and also install connecting elbow pipes on the door. This method has relatively low costs and is suitable for individual or small-scale use scenarios. However, the production process is relatively complex, requiring certain hands-on skills and tools, and there may be limitations in terms of stability and durability.

Adopting a steel structure modular design: The core structure of the mobile toilet adopts a steel frame, paired with metal carved panels as exterior decoration materials. The interior space is divided modularly, integrating infrastructure such as distribution boxes, power switches, and ceiling lights, and equipped with independent toilet and urinal flushers, washbasins, and other sanitary facilities, forming a complete independent unit. The height and area of the facilities can be customized according to different usage scenario requirements. For example, in scenic spot scenarios, viewing windows or barrier-free access can be added; in construction site scenarios, emphasis is placed on dust prevention and durability. Its multi-functionality is mainly reflected in its adaptability to different scenarios. The scenic spot version may add humanized designs such as a third toilet and a母婴护理台 (maternity and baby care station), while the construction site version strengthens the sewage discharge system and odor control. In terms of environmental protection, some products use water-saving flushers, and some high-end models are equipped with sewage treatment devices that can convert excrement into harmless fertilizers, achieving resource recycling. Meanwhile, the metal carved panel exterior decoration can reduce building energy consumption. Mobile toilets made using this method are of high quality and have diverse functions, but the costs are relatively high, making them suitable for large-scale and professional use scenarios.
