Make a Mobile Toilet

You can refer to the following two methods to make a mobile toilet:

Method 1: Using a water storage tank and a pallet

1. Basic frame construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet to ensure mobility. Place the recycled water storage tank on the pallet as the main structure of the toilet.
2. Tank modification: Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to form an open-top tank. Invert and stack another open-top water storage tank on the first one, and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws to enhance structural stability.
3. Functional area division: Cut a rectangular opening on the side of the tank as the doorway. Cut a hole in the interior floor, insert an elbow, and connect it to a water pipe for sealing. Install and fix the toilet. Use wall clamps to fix the water pipes, install a faucet, and connect a pipe cap below it. Cut a hole in the pipe cap as the outlet for the drainage pipe.
4. Installation of supporting facilities: Fix a stainless steel basin on the pipe cap as a hand-washing basin. Connect the toilet tank and the shower hose, install the shower bracket and the toilet seat. Finally, make a door with wooden boards and hinges, and install a door handle to complete the construction of the enclosed space.

Method 2: Using a water storage bucket

1. Bucket division and frame construction: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage bucket in half from the middle. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board. Fix wooden strips on the upper side of the bucket with self-tapping screws to increase the height and form the foundation of the wall.
2. Door frame and wall construction: Cut an opening on the side of the water storage bucket as the doorway. Install sponge strips on both sides of the doorway to form the door frame. Insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to form an elevated wall. Invert the upper half of the bucket on the top of the wooden strips as the roof.
3. Waterproofing and decoration: Apply white waterproof paint on the wooden strips to prevent moisture corrosion. Use foam strips to拼接 (piece together) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door and ensure tightness.
4. Installation of the drainage and water supply system: Cut a hole at the bottom of the bucket and install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain. Cut holes on the side and connect them to straight connectors. Place a plastic bucket on the roof as a small water storage device and connect it to a shower made of water pipes. Install a three-way connector below the water inlet pipe and connect it to the shower. Place the toilet and install the tank, and fix the toilet with glass glue. Connect the drainage pipe to the sewage bucket. Extend the three-way connector of the outlet pipe horizontally to the doorway as the water inlet pipe for the hand-washing basin, and cut a hole in the door to install faucets and other components.

Both methods achieve the function of a mobile toilet through modular design. Method 1 has a more stable structure and is suitable for long-term use; Method 2 has easier-to-obtain materials, but attention should be paid to waterproofing. When making, strictly follow safety operation specifications to avoid the risks of using tools such as angle grinders.
