Lvliang Mobile Toilet Construction Design

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

The construction design of mobile toilets in Lvliang should be systematically planned from five aspects: project overview, design standards, construction preparation, main structure construction, and installation engineering:

I. Project Overview The project involves the construction of mobile toilets in the Lvliang area, utilizing a framed steel structure design with the characteristic of being hoistable and movable. The site selection must meet conditions such as stable terrain, smooth drainage, and being far from flammable and explosive sources. Each toilet covers an area of 6 - 8 square meters and is suitable for scenarios such as scenic spots and construction sites. It is planned to build 10 toilets, including 6 single-unit structures (standard dimensions of 3m × 2.5m × 2.8m, with an internal clear height of ≥ 2.4m and compartments of ≥ 1.2m × 1.5m) and 4 composite structures (single toilet cubicle dimensions of 1180mm × 1200mm × 3000mm, with an internal clear height of 2000mm).

II. Design Standards and Technical Parameters

  1. Environmental Adaptability: It can be used in environments ranging from -30℃ to 40℃ with a relative humidity of ≤ 90%. In cold seasons, a 500W explosion-proof heater is required. The ventilation requirements are a natural ventilation rate of ≥ 40m³/h per squatting position or mechanical exhaust of ≥ 3 times per hour. The seismic resistance is grade 8, and the wind resistance is grade 10.
  2. Material Parameters: The main frame uses 10# channel steel (bottom) and 50 × 50 × 3mm square steel (columns), with a welding strength conforming to the GB/T 985.1 standard. The walls are made of 15mm thick B1-grade fire-resistant metal carved panels (with a thermal conductivity of ≤ 0.03W/(m·K)). The floor is made of 3mm thick non-slip stainless steel plates (with a friction coefficient of ≥ 0.6 and corrosion resistance of up to 500 hours of salt spray testing). The toilet fixtures are equipped with 6L water-saving squatting toilets (with a water seal of ≥ 50mm and a flushing noise of ≤ 65dB), supporting various flushing methods such as intelligent flushing and foam flushing.

III. Construction Preparation

  1. Material Inspection: Steel materials must conform to the Q235B standard and be accompanied by inspection reports. The surface flatness error of the metal carved panels should be ≤ 2mm/2m, and the coating adhesion should be ≥ grade 1. The sealant should be a neutral silicone weather-resistant sealant with a temperature resistance of -40℃ to 150℃ and a mold resistance of grade 0.
  2. Site Preparation: The foundation should be excavated to a depth of 300mm, and a 100mm thick C20 concrete cushion should be poured (with a flatness error of ± 5mm). A 300mm × 300mm drainage ditch (with a slope of ≥ 2%) should be set up, and Φ110mm UPVC pipes should be used to connect to the municipal sewer network. The power supply should be connected with a 380V three-phase five-wire cable or AC220V, buried underground and equipped with a secondary distribution box (including a surge protector).

IV. Main Structure Construction

  1. Frame Welding: The bottom frame should be fully welded with 10# channel steel and have a 45° bevel. After welding, two coats of anti-rust treatment (red lead primer + alkyd enamel) should be applied. The columns should be connected to the bottom frame with M12 expansion bolts, with a verticality deviation of ≤ 1.5mm/m. The top load-bearing beams should be welded with 50 × 30mm square steel into a grid pattern with a spacing of ≤ 600mm and a deflection limit of L/200.
  2. Wall and Roof Installation: The metal carved panels should be fixed with ST5.5 × 25mm self-tapping screws, with a horizontal overlap of ≥ 10mm and vertical joints filled with waterproof tape. The roof should be made of 1.2mm thick color-coated steel plates with a slope of 5%. Φ80mm air vents should be set at the ridge, and 50mm high water baffles should be installed at the eaves.

V. Installation Engineering The foundation should be fixed with four Φ20 expansion bolts (with a buried depth of ≥ 150mm) to connect the bottom frame to the concrete foundation, with a pull-out resistance of ≥ 15kN per point. The gap between the frame and the foundation should be filled with polyurethane foam, and the outside should be plastered with waterproof mortar (with a width of ≥ 100mm).
