Longyao Mobile Toilet Installation Guide

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

For the installation of mobile toilets in Longyao, refer to the following general installation methods for mobile commodes, selecting the appropriate plan based on the specific type:

I. Simple Mobile Commode Drainage Installation (Suitable for Scenarios Requiring Drainage Pipe Modification)

  1. Drainage Pipe Modification Plan

    • It is necessary to negotiate with the downstairs neighbor to modify the drainage pipe at the top of their bathroom. During modification, proper waterproofing must be done, and a trap must be installed to prevent the backflow of foul odors. This plan has a high construction difficulty, requires professional operation, and depends on the cooperation of the neighbor.
    • It is suitable for same-floor or inter-floor drainage modifications. Ensure that the pipe slope is reasonable (usually not less than 2%) to avoid blockage risks.
  2. Inter-Floor Drainage to Wall-Mounted Drainage Modification Plan

    • Suitable for wall-mounted toilets, it requires the construction of a steel structure in the bathroom to embed the water tank, with the toilet suspended on the steel structure.
    • Optionally, a Type II offset connector (including an inner lining short pipe and a sealing ring) can be used to enhance sealing. For short-distance offsets, prioritize using an offset connector. For same-floor drainage, utilize floor lowering or raising; for inter-floor drainage, negotiate modifications or switch to wall-mounted drainage.

II. Elderly Commode Mobile Toilet Installation (Suitable for Assistive Mobile Toilets)

  1. Component Assembly

    • When installing the toilet part and the connecting backrest part, first align the slots of the toilet-connecting part and press down firmly, then insert the connecting backrest part, align the slots, and press down to ensure all parts are tightly combined.
    • The installation of components such as armrests and backrests is simple; they can be inserted upwards and adjusted in direction (e.g., if the elderly person is more comfortable with their left hand, the component can be hung on the right side).
  2. Installation Inspection

    • Comprehensively check whether all components are securely installed and free from looseness.
    • Gently shake the toilet to test its stability, check whether the toilet bowl is installed correctly, and whether it can be used normally.

III. Flat-Ground Commode Installation (Suitable for Conventional Mobile Toilets)

  1. Preliminary Preparation

    • Prepare tools such as the commode body, flange sealing ring, glass glue/sealing putty, expansion screws (or nail-free adhesive), tape measure, and screwdriver.
    • Confirm that the diameter and height of the bathroom drainage pipe are suitable, and clean the installation area's floor and drainage outlet.
  2. Base Treatment and Drainage Outlet Alignment

    • Use cement mortar to level the floor, ensuring there are no protrusions or depressions.
    • Clean the drainage pipe outlet, ensuring that the pipe protrudes 3-5 centimeters above the ground. Wrap the edge of the drainage outlet with waterproof tape.
    • Measure the distance from the center of the drainage outlet to the wall to confirm that the pit distance matches.
  3. Installation of the Flange Sealing Ring

    • Align the flange sealing ring with the drainage pipe outlet and press firmly to secure it. Some flange sealing rings with clips can be directly clamped tight.
    • If using an old-style rubber sealing ring, apply a small amount of glass glue to the edge to enhance sealing.
  4. Commode Positioning and Fixing

    • Align the flange sealing ring and the drainage outlet, adjusting the position to ensure that the edges are evenly spaced from the wall and level.
    • Mark the drilling positions for the expansion screws, insert the expansion screw sleeves after drilling, and tighten the screws to fix (avoid over-tightening to prevent cracking the ceramic base); if using nail-free adhesive, apply it, press to fix, and temporarily secure with tape for 24 hours.
  5. Finishing and Water Testing Acceptance

    • Fill the gap between the bottom of the commode and the wall with sealing putty or apply glass glue.
    • Test the drainage effect by flushing, check for leaks, and clean up on-site debris.
