Longgang Assembled Container House
Longgang assembled container house is a type of movable housing that is based on standardized modules, with most manufacturing processes completed in the factory and then transported to the site for rapid assembly. Its core features, manufacturing process, product types, and application scenarios are as follows:

1. Core Features
Assembled container houses adopt a modular design, supported by steel structural frames. The walls and roof panels typically use fire-resistant and heat-insulating materials (such as polyurethane sandwich panels or rock wool panels). Their greatest advantage lies in reusability and repeated assembly and disassembly. Factory prefabrication significantly shortens on-site construction time, reduces wet operations (such as concrete pouring), and ensures component accuracy. Additionally, modular design allows for flexible combination through stacking and splicing, adapting to different scales and functional requirements.
2. Manufacturing Process
The production process is divided into four stages:
- Design Phase: Complete structural design and detailed drawings based on user requirements, determining module dimensions, connection methods, and functional layouts.
- Factory Prefabrication: Cut and weld steel into frames, perform surface anti-rust treatment; composite process wall and roof panels, fill with insulation materials and cover surfaces; pre-embed water and electricity pipelines, doors, windows, and sanitary equipment (for some high-end products).
- Trial Assembly: Conduct module splicing tests before leaving the factory to ensure component compatibility.
- On-site Installation: After transportation to the destination, use lifting equipment to position and connect modules to complete the overall assembly.
3. Product Types
Common types include:
- Packing-box Container Houses: With hot-dip galvanized cold-formed steel frames and fire-resistant sandwich panels, suitable for construction site dormitories, office areas, and temporary meeting rooms.
- Light Steel Frame Houses: Using cold-formed thin-walled light steel frames for load-bearing, with walls filled with insulation materials. The appearance and layout can be customized, often used for self-built houses, homestays, and scenic area supporting housing.
- Functional Kiosks: Flexible in size, with internal layouts adjusted as needed, commonly found in security kiosks, property kiosks, and environmental protection public toilets.
4. Application Scenarios
Due to their low cost and high efficiency, assembled container houses are widely used in construction site temporary buildings, emergency housing, cultural tourism homestays, and commercial exhibitions. For example, at the first "Good House" Housing Expo in Longgang, the Wenzhou Convention and Exhibition Center used modular design to build an exhibition area of over 2,000 square meters, including indoor special decorations, outdoor trusses, and stages, demonstrating its rapid deployment and strong adaptability.
