Linyi Cement Prefabricated House Construction
Key considerations for the construction of cement prefabricated houses in Linyi include project overview, overall deployment, and critical processes, as detailed below:

I. Project Overview
The project is located in the Yihe New District of Linyi City, serving as a demonstration area for the "Hundred Villages Demonstration, Thousand Villages Renovation" initiative. With a total construction area of approximately 5000㎡, it adopts a cement prefabricated modular structural system, encompassing residential and public service buildings. The project strictly adheres to Linyi City's policy requirement of achieving a 35% share of prefabricated buildings by 2025, with a prefabrication rate of no less than 60% and an assembly rate exceeding 75%. Key prefabricated components include composite floor slabs (120 pieces, measuring 2.4m×6m, comprising a 60mm prefabricated layer and a 70mm cast-in-place layer), prefabricated load-bearing exterior wall panels (80 pieces, 200mm thick, incorporating integrated insulation design), prefabricated stairs (30 sets, with a plate-type structure and a tread width of 260mm), lightweight partition wall panels (1500㎡, 120mm thick, with a unit weight ≤800kg/m³), and balcony slabs. The quality objective is to meet national construction and acceptance standards, with a structural safety grade of II, a seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees, a minimum service life of 50 years for the main structure, and a total construction period of 30 calendar days (including component production, transportation, installation, and acceptance).
II. Construction Overall Deployment
- Production and Transportation: All prefabricated components must be completed 15 days in advance, relying on local industrial bases in Linyi City for prefabrication to ensure a transportation radius of ≤50km, thereby shortening transportation time and reducing costs.
- Site Planning: Establish a component stacking area (hardened with a 100mm thick C20 concrete cushion), a lifting operation area (equipped with two 25t truck cranes), a cast-in-place operation area (including one concrete mixing station), and a material warehouse (for storing auxiliary materials such as steel bars and grouting materials).
- Transportation Route: Component transport vehicles enter the construction site from the main road of the Yihe New District and travel along the eastern circular route to avoid crossing with lifting operations, ensuring construction safety and efficiency.
III. Key Construction Processes
- Foundation Treatment: After site leveling, compact a 200mm thick layer of graded sand and gravel to achieve a characteristic value of foundation bearing capacity ≥150kPa.
- Surveying and Setting Out: Use a total station to locate the axis lines, with an error controlled within ±3mm, and set up control piles for protection.
- Component Acceptance and Storage: Upon arrival, inspect the factory certificate, concrete strength report (≥C30), steel bar protective layer thickness (allowable deviation +5mm, -3mm), and embedded part position deviation (≤10mm). Composite floor slabs should be stored vertically using racks, while prefabricated exterior wall panels should be stored at a 30° incline using dedicated supports, with a bottom sleeper spacing of ≤1.5m and a stacking height of ≤3 layers.
