Linxia Mobile Ecological Toilet Installation

Admin 27 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of mobile ecological toilets in Linxia requires the sequential completion of four steps: foundation treatment, box body hoisting and module assembly, pipeline and equipment connection, and commissioning and acceptance. The specific process and precautions are as follows:

Foundation Treatment: A compaction test is required to prevent uneven settlement. The foundation does not need concrete pouring; only simple ground leveling is needed, and it can be deployed on terrain with a slope of less than 5 degrees. Given the large temperature difference between day and night in the Linxia area, all pipelines need to be equipped with insulation layers to prevent freezing and cracking in winter. If the foundation is soft soil or backfill, it needs to be compacted in layers to a compaction degree of ≥95%, and a 10-centimeter-thick gravel cushion should be laid to enhance drainage.

Box Body Hoisting and Module Assembly:

  • The steel chassis needs to have the sewage pipe connection flange pre-welded. After positioning, install the columns, transverse support beams, and floor frame sequentially. The connection points should be fixed with galvanized bolts, and the torque value should reach 50-60 N·m.
  • The wall panel modules are equipped with waterproof sealing strips at the edges and are nested with the frame through slots, with a nesting depth of ≥15 millimeters. The ventilation pipes of the roof module and the reserved holes in the wall panels are connected with flexible pipes and fastened with stainless steel clamps, with a clamp spacing of no more than 20 centimeters.
  • The module connection mechanisms include three methods: male-female tenon with pin locking (allowing ±3 degrees of angle adjustment), hidden hook system (hook spacing of 30 centimeters, load-bearing capacity of ≥200 kg), and quick-connect joints (equipped with rubber seals inside, rotated 90 degrees for sealing, pressure resistance of ≥0.6 MPa).

Pipeline and Equipment Connection:

  • The sewage treatment system should be selected according to the scenario: the circulating water flushing type is suitable for high-traffic areas, the vacuum collection type is suitable for long-distance transportation, and the biodegradation type decomposes organic waste through microbial agents and is suitable for areas with limited water resources.
  • The ventilation system needs to ensure an air exchange rate of ≥40 times per hour, adopting a combination of natural convection and mechanical assistance: a non-powered wind cap is installed on the roof (diameter ≥300 millimeters), and an axial fan is built into the wall (air volume ≥1000 m³/h).
  • The power supply usually adopts a combination of solar photovoltaic panels and batteries. The inclination angle of the solar panels needs to be adjusted according to the local latitude (30-35 degrees is recommended for the Linxia area), and the battery capacity needs to meet the usage requirements for 3 days of cloudy and rainy weather.

Commissioning and Acceptance:

  • Check the hinge seal (leakage rate ≤0.5 L/min), flush valve sensitivity (response time ≤2 seconds), and ventilation fan speed (rated speed ±5%). It is recommended to conduct a systematic inspection every quarter.
  • Biodegradation equipment needs to be supplemented with microbial agents monthly (dosage of 50-100 g/time), and vacuum collection equipment needs to regularly remove and transport the sewage storage tank (when the volume reaches 80%).
  • Verify the supplier's quality inspection report (load test ≥500 kg/m², waterproof test IP65 level, fire rating A level), and the installation team needs to hold special equipment operation qualifications (especially for hoisting and electrical wiring positions).
