Linfen Mobile Toilet Installation Guide

Admin 02 de octubre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Linfen can refer to the following general process:

  1. Determine the sewage discharge method
Choose the installation method based on the sewage discharge mode of the mobile toilet. If it is a packaged or microbial degradation type, it can be directly moved to the predetermined location without connecting to the sewer. If it is a water-flush type, plan the layout of the sewage discharge pipes in advance to ensure smooth sewage discharge. For example, for water-flush toilets, check whether the slope of the sewer pipes meets the standard (usually not less than 2%) to avoid blockage or backflow.

  2. Preparation stage

    • Site inspection: Ensure that the installation location has a flat ground and can bear the weight of the toilet (for example, the concrete foundation needs to reach a strength of C20) to avoid structural damage due to foundation settlement.
    • Pipe testing: Use a water-flush test to check whether the sewage discharge pipes are unobstructed and ensure there are no foreign objects blocking them. If it is a water-flush type, reserve inspection ports for later maintenance.
    • Tools and materials: Prepare tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and spirit levels according to the toilet model, as well as sealing materials such as sealant and cement mortar (with a cement-to-sand ratio of 1:3).
  3. Handling and installation

    • Handling method: For toilets with a pointed roof design, the load-bearing part is usually near the top and needs to be lifted after being fixed with lifting straps. For products with a flat roof design, they can be handled by connecting steel wires through the reserved lifting hooks. Small toilets with less than 4 toilet compartments can be equipped with casters at the bottom and pushed to the installation location manually.
    • Frame assembly: Two people should cooperate in the operation. First, fix the base on the ground (using expansion bolts or chemical anchors), then connect the right, left, and front wall panels in sequence, tighten the screws, install the upper card slot, and finally cover the top cover to complete the structural construction. During assembly, use a spirit level to calibrate to ensure that the verticality error of each component does not exceed 3mm.
  4. Detail handling and debugging

    • Cleaning and tightening: Wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the toilet with a neutral detergent and check whether all bolts and nuts are tightened to avoid loosening due to vibration.
    • Facility testing: Test whether the lighting and ventilation systems work properly when powered on. For water-flush toilets, check whether the flushing pressure meets the standard (usually not less than 0.15MPa) and ensure that there are no water leaks in the toilet, sink, and other supporting facilities.
  5. Sealing treatment (for toilet types)
If toilet installation is involved, install a special sealing ring at the sewage outlet or apply glass glue (with a thickness of about 3mm) or cement mortar (which needs to be cured for 24 hours before use) around the sewage pipe for sealing to prevent odor leakage. After sealing, conduct a closed-water test. Continuous water injection for 30 minutes without leakage is considered qualified.
