Lijiang Craft Mobile Toilet

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The Lijiang craft mobile toilet is a durable facility designed by integrating the characteristics of the plateau climate and the needs of the tourism environment. Its craftsmanship design revolves around three core aspects: material selection, structure, and functionality, with the following specific features:

1. Main Structure: Enhanced Resistance and Durability
The main frame is made of thickened hot-dip galvanized square tubes, processed through integral full-welding techniques to form a high-strength structure. This design effectively resists strong wind pressures in plateau regions, preventing deformation, while the hot-dip galvanized layer isolates air and moisture, preventing rust and corrosion. The exterior wall material is a weather-resistant composite panel that can withstand intense ultraviolet radiation in Lijiang and thermal expansion and contraction caused by day-night temperature differences, reducing the risk of material aging. The interior of the walls is filled with high-density fire-resistant rock wool, which not only provides thermal insulation but also reduces external noise interference, enhancing user comfort.

2. Waterproof and Moisture-Proof: Dual Protection to Eliminate Leakage
In response to the characteristics of heavy rainfall and significant humidity changes in plateau regions, the roof adopts a double-layer waterproof structure: the upper layer is a high-strength waterproof board, and the lower layer is laid with waterproof membrane, complemented by a widened rain eave to prevent rainwater backflow; the board surface is set with a 3%-5% drainage slope to ensure rapid rainwater drainage. The joints are sealed with silicone weather-resistant sealant, which maintains its sealing effect over the long term due to its aging resistance and UV resistance. The bottom is equipped with a thickened load-bearing chassis, processed with integral anti-seepage sealing techniques, covered with a waterproof coating and fitted with a moisture-proof pad to prevent ground moisture penetration and completely eliminate leakage issues.

3. Functional Configuration: Combining Safety, Convenience, and Intelligence
The interior is标配 (standardly equipped) with non-slip floors (friction coefficient ≥ 0.6), tempered glass windows (with an impact resistance 3-5 times that of ordinary glass), adjustable ventilation louvers (to control airflow), and sealed protective doors (equipped with magnetic locks and sealing strips), meeting safety standards in terms of slip resistance, impact resistance, ventilation, and privacy protection. Some mobile toilets incorporate smart technologies: electronic screens display real-time information on the number of available stalls, temperature, and humidity; the third toilet is equipped with an overstay reminder function to prevent long-term occupation; microbial treatment technology is used to decompose excreta and eliminate odors; and support for APP navigation, face recognition, or QR code scanning for door opening enables contactless use throughout the process, enhancing convenience and hygiene in tourism scenarios.

These craftsmanship designs enable the Lijiang mobile toilet to adapt to extreme plateau climates while meeting the high-traffic and high-hygiene standards of tourism areas, making it a representative solution for local public facilities.
