Lijiang Architectural Mobile Toilets

Admin 01 de octubre de 2026

The design and selection of mobile toilets for architectural use in Lijiang require comprehensive consideration of geographical climate, usage scenarios, and other factors.

Structural Framework Design: Lijiang is located on a plateau with strong winds and relatively frequent seismic activity. The structural framework of mobile toilets needs to strike a balance between lightweight construction and wind/earthquake resistance. Typically, thickened hot-dip galvanized square tubes are used, processed through overall full-welding techniques. This structure ensures sufficient wind pressure and deformation resistance during long-term outdoor placement, while also being resistant to rust and corrosion, thereby extending service life.

Sanitary Treatment Unit Selection: Lijiang has high requirements for water conservation and protection, making traditional high-water-consumption flushing technologies less applicable. Waterless packaging, while water-saving, imposes significant pressure on subsequent waste removal. Microbial degradation technology requires verification of its efficiency and stability in high-altitude, low-temperature environments. Vacuum adsorption technology offers high water-saving rates but comes with high initial investment and maintenance costs. Therefore, the appropriate sanitary treatment unit must be selected based on specific usage scenarios and budget considerations.

Material Selection: The exterior wall material must be weather-resistant, sun-resistant, and not prone to peeling or fading, to adapt to Lijiang's strong ultraviolet radiation and large temperature differences between day and night. The interior of the walls is filled with high-density fire-resistant rock wool, providing thermal insulation, sound insulation, and noise reduction effects. The roof adopts a double-layer waterproof structure with widened rain eaves, and the panel surface is set with a reasonable drainage slope. All joint seams are sealed with high-quality weather-resistant sealant to ensure waterproof performance. The bottom is equipped with a thickened load-bearing chassis and undergoes overall anti-seepage sealing treatment to prevent rainwater leakage, box condensation, and sewage leakage.

Indoor Configuration: The interior is标配 (standardly equipped) with anti-slip floors, tempered glass windows, ventilation louvers, and airtight protective doors, ensuring user safety and cleanliness while enhancing the user experience. In Lijiang, whether constructing new construction sites, developing scenic spots, or preparing for large-scale outdoor events, mobile toilets are important basic supporting facilities. Their design and selection must fully consider the actual needs and characteristics of the local area.
