Light Steel Site Container House

Admin 14 de septiembre de 2026

The light steel site container house is a modular building that uses hot-dip galvanized light steel or square steel as its structural framework, combined with insulation, waterproofing, and decorative materials. It is prefabricated in a factory and assembled on-site, featuring earthquake resistance, thermal insulation, and rapid installation. It is suitable for temporary construction on construction sites, homestays, cultural and tourism projects, and other scenarios.

Structure and Materials

  • Framework System: It employs hot-dip aluminized zinc light steel load-bearing keels or hot-dip galvanized square steel box frames to ensure structural stability and corrosion resistance. For example, the main body of the Hebei Chinese-style courtyard product has a service life of over 70 years, and the box combination system supports disassembly and relocation.
  • Walls and Roof: The walls are filled with rock wool for sound insulation and thermal insulation, paired with OSB structural panels or thickened rock wool insulated color steel plates. The roof is covered with antique metal tiles, terracotta green tiles, or antique sloped roof waterproof layers, balancing aesthetics and functionality.
  • Decorations and Accessories: The exterior walls feature imitation blue brick cladding, wood grain decorative panels, or antique relief components, complemented by solid wood antique doors and windows, anti-corrosion wooden corridors, and Chinese-style eaves and斗拱 (dougong, traditional Chinese bracket sets) decorative elements, enhancing the building's cultural attributes.

Performance Advantages

  • Safety and Durability: The structural stability complies with building seismic design codes (e.g., GB50011-2010), capable of withstanding strong winds of up to Level 12 and achieving a seismic resistance rating of Level 8, meeting extreme working condition requirements.
  • Thermal Insulation: Rock wool filling and thermal break lining structures effectively reduce heat conduction. In winter, the indoor temperature is 3-5℃ higher than that of traditional brick-and-mortar buildings, reducing energy consumption dependence.
  • Rapid Installation: Prefabricated components are assembled on-site, shortening the construction period by over 50% compared to traditional brick-and-mortar buildings. A single module can be installed in just 4 hours, and 10 standard camp houses can be completed within 3 days.
  • Environmental Protection and Recyclability: Steel consumption carbon emissions are only 1/2.3 of those of concrete temporary buildings, with disassembly and assembly loss rates controlled within 5%. It supports overall lifting and relocation, adapting to the dynamic needs of projects.

Application Scenarios

  • Temporary Construction on Construction Sites: Used as dormitories, offices, or meeting spaces for engineering camps, supporting on-demand splicing and combination. It comes pre-installed with strong and weak electricity, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and positions for floor heating and air conditioning units.
  • Cultural Tourism and Homestays: It can replicate traditional Chinese-style eaves, courtyards, and corridors, creating an integrated layout of main buildings, guest rooms, and tea rooms, suitable for vacation homestays, ancient town imitation homestays, and other scenarios.
  • Emergency Support: The modular design meets rapid deployment needs, such as in emergency rescue and overseas projects. Special attention should be paid to compliance requirements and safety warnings in these scenarios.
