In terms of human-centered design, it features intelligent background music, multimedia mirrors displaying public service advertisements, two types of automatic induction handwashing basins to meet the needs of different groups of people, a convenient and fast "face recognition paper supply" function, and an automatic light induction system that is energy-saving and practical. In addition, besides the regular male and female restroom facilities, it also has a third restroom equipped with an adult toilet, a child's toilet, a baby care table, and a child's seat, fully considering the needs of special groups. This public toilet utilizes "Internet + IoT" technology to achieve functions such as intelligent environmental monitoring, intelligent human-centered applications, intelligent odor removal and disinfection, and intelligent management systems, enhancing the management level and service quality of the public toilet.
The mobile toilet bus looks no different from an ordinary bus on the outside, but it has complete internal facilities. On the morning of April 24th, two mobile toilet buses were officially put into use at the Quanzhou Film Theater and Zhongmin Baihui Xinhua Store locations. The handwashing area inside is equipped with hand basins, mirrors, push-type hand sanitizer dispensers, and hand dryers; the two sides of the carriage are male and female restrooms respectively, with a total of 8 single rooms (6 for women and 2 for men), and also 4 men's urinals. At the same time, it is equipped with an exhaust system, a temperature control system, and assistive handrails. For peak tourist periods during holidays, each bus is staffed with a dedicated cleaning person who adopts a "use-and-clean" approach. The bus is equipped with deodorants to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of the public toilet.
The intelligent mobile eco-friendly toilet is an investment made by Licheng District to alleviate the restroom pressure for citizens and tourists. Taking the octagonal public toilet next to the parking lot of Chengtian Lane and Daxi Street as an example, it covers an area of about 11 square meters and has 2 general-purpose restrooms and 1 family restroom inside, equipped with hand basins, mirrors, handrails, and other facilities. The family restroom has barrier-free handrails and a baby care table. The exterior walls are welded with hard materials for edge wrapping, and the floor is laid with matte anti-slip tiles. Inside, it is equipped with a feces and urine treatment tank, an automatic flush tank, a ventilation and lighting system. The feces and urine treatment tank uses microbial degradation technology, which is eco-friendly and practical. There are 13 public toilets distributed in many locations such as Yanggong Lane, Yanzhi Lane, and Chengtian Lane, and they are expected to be all put into use within this week. Citizens and tourists can check their locations through the Licheng Convenience Mini Program or major map apps.
