How to Install Mobile Toilets in Lianjiang

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Lianjiang is typically designed to be simple and efficient, and can be divided into the following steps:

1. Site Location and Foundation Preparation

Determine the installation location based on site planning, ensuring that the ground is solid and has good drainage. If the ground is uneven or has soft soil, it should be hardened in advance (e.g., by pouring concrete) or steel plates should be laid to provide stable support. This step is the foundation of the installation and directly affects the efficiency of subsequent construction and the long-term stability of the toilet.

2. Chassis and Frame Positioning

Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel chassis steadily in the predetermined position and adjust it to a level state using a spirit level. The stability of the chassis, as the load-bearing structure of the toilet, is directly related to overall safety, so it is essential to strictly check the levelness to avoid subsequent installation problems caused by tilting.

3. Wall and Roof Panel Installation

Insert the sandwich panel wallboards one by one into the slots on the chassis and secure them with bolts or clips to ensure a tight connection. Then, install the roof panels, focusing on sealing (e.g., using waterproof glue or sealing strips) to prevent rainwater leakage. This step can usually be completed within 1-2 hours, and the modular design significantly shortens the construction time.

4. Internal Facility Connection and Commissioning

Install internal partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (if any), lighting, and ventilation equipment. The connection of water and electricity pipelines should be carried out by professionals, but modular water and electricity interfaces (e.g., quick connectors) can simplify the process and reduce installation time. For example, the flushing system should be tested for water pressure and sealing, and the electrical circuit should be checked for insulation and grounding to ensure safe use.

5. Functional Inspection and Acceptance

After installation is complete, a comprehensive functional test should be conducted:

  1. Flush Test: Check if the toilet flushes smoothly without blockage or leakage;
  2. Electrical Circuit Check: Confirm that lighting and ventilation equipment are working properly without short-circuit risks;
  3. Sealing Check: Focus on checking for water leakage at wall joints and the connection between the roof and walls.

The installation of integrated mobile toilets (such as container-type toilets) is even simpler, as their internal decoration and equipment integration are completed in the factory. On-site installation only requires lifting into place and connecting water, electricity, and sewage pipelines, with the overall installation time shortened to 2-4 hours, making them suitable for urgent needs or temporary use scenarios.
