Lianjiang Mobile Toilet Configuration

Admin 26 de septiembre de 2026

The configuration of mobile toilets in Lianjiang typically includes four major modules: core sanitary fixtures, environmental control systems, water supply and drainage and power systems, and structural components and accessories. Details are as follows:

  1. Core Sanitary Fixtures
Toilets are the core facilities, mostly using ceramic squat toilets or sit-down toilets. High-end products may use stainless steel materials and are equipped with foot-operated or sensor-operated flush valves (with a water tank capacity of 5-10 liters). The handwashing system includes ceramic or stainless steel sinks (with a width of 30-40 centimeters), push-button or sensor-operated faucets, and water storage tanks. In terms of accessories, mirrors, coat hooks, storage shelves, toilet paper holders, and trash cans are standard. Some high-specification toilets also add child safety seats or toilet seat covers to meet the needs of special groups.

  2. Environmental Control Systems
The ventilation system relies on powerful exhaust fans (with a power of 20-50 watts), exchanging air 10-15 times per hour. Some products adopt a dual exhaust design to enhance air circulation. Lighting uses LED energy-saving lamps (with a power of 5-15 watts) and is equipped with emergency lights to cope with sudden power outages. For temperature control, cold regions may install insulation materials, electric heaters, or warm air blowers; hot regions regulate the internal temperature through ventilation skylights or small air conditioners to ensure user comfort.

  3. Water Supply and Drainage and Power Systems
The water supply system is divided into two modes: built-in water tanks (with a capacity of 100-300 liters) and external municipal water pipe connections, adapting to different scenario requirements. The sewage discharge system includes traditional sewage tanks (with a capacity of 200-500 liters) and environmentally friendly foam sealing and microbial degradation technologies, the latter of which can reduce odors and pollution. The power supply is mainly connected to 220V mains electricity, and some products are equipped with built-in batteries (such as 12V/100Ah) or solar panels for off-grid use.

  4. Structural Components and Accessories
The door lock and indication system uses safety door locks and "occupied/unoccupied" indication locks or LED displays to enhance user privacy. In terms of materials, wall panels are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), fiberglass, or color-coated steel plates, and the floor is laid with anti-slip floors or fiberglass floor grilles to ensure durability and safety. For barrier-free facilities, some toilets are equipped with handrails, wheelchair turning spaces, and low-level handwashing basins, complying with the "Quality Requirements and Evaluation of Tourist Toilets" (GB/T 18973-2022) standard.

Industry Standard Tip: When purchasing mobile toilets for scenic spots or public places, it is necessary to customize the configuration according to local actual needs and follow relevant standards to improve signage, inspect water and electricity circuits, and other basic work.
