Lanzhou Mobile Environmental Toilet Installation

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

The installation of mobile environmental toilets in Lanzhou must follow a scientific and standardized process, covering site selection, foundation treatment, main body assembly, pipeline and circuit configuration, and commissioning. The specific steps are as follows:

  1. Site Selection and Site Survey
It is necessary to comprehensively evaluate ground flatness and drainage convenience, prioritizing areas with higher elevation, shorter drainage paths, and no risk of water accumulation. During the site survey phase, it is essential to determine the ground bearing capacity to ensure it can support the overall weight of the toilet; preset drainage paths to prevent sewage backflow; and clarify the locations of water and electricity access points to provide basic data for subsequent construction.

  2. Ground Foundation Treatment
Select the treatment method based on soil conditions: If the soil is soft, pour a concrete prefabricated base or construct a steel structure platform, ensuring that the horizontal calibration accuracy error does not exceed ±5mm, and design an anti-settlement structure (such as adding a reinforced steel layer); if the soil is hard, adopt the method of compacting the soil and then laying a crushed stone bedding layer to enhance load-bearing uniformity. Foundation treatment is a critical step to ensure the long-term stable use of the toilet.

  3. Main Frame Assembly and Box Body Hoisting
The main frame adopts a modular design, with color steel plates connected to galvanized steel frames through embedded slots, and the joints filled with sealing strips to prevent leakage. The box bodies have completed internal pipeline embedding and partition installation in the factory, and only need to be sealed and connected between box bodies using hoisting equipment on-site, with a focus on checking the sealing of the connections to avoid odor leakage.

  4. Internal Pipeline and Circuit System Configuration

    • Pipeline Installation: Follow the principle of "clean water flowing down and sewage flowing low", select corrosion-resistant PPR material for the water supply pipe, and maintain a slope of 3%-5% for the sewage pipe to ensure self-flow drainage.
    • Circuit System: Equip with an independent leakage protection device, use PVC conduit for concealed wiring of lighting circuits to avoid safety hazards caused by exposed wiring; install insect screens at ventilation windows and reserve exhaust fan interfaces on the roof to ensure air circulation.
  5. Equipment Commissioning and Acceptance
After completing the pipeline connections, conduct a joint test of the water-saving flushing system, ventilation device, and lighting equipment: check whether the flushing water volume meets the water-saving standard (usually ≤3L/time), whether the ventilation system's air exchange frequency meets the standard (≥8 times/hour), and whether the lighting brightness meets the usage requirements (≥200lux). After successful commissioning, conduct an overall sealing check to ensure there is no water leakage or electric leakage.

During the installation process, it is essential to strictly follow technical specifications, especially anti-settlement design, sealing treatment, and safety protection measures, to ensure the functionality and durability of the mobile environmental toilet.
