Structure of Laiyang Mobile Toilet

Admin 05 de octubre de 2026

The structure of the Laiyang mobile toilet mainly includes the main frame, enclosure structure, roof, floor, and functional modules, among other parts.

The main frame serves as the supporting structure of the mobile toilet and is typically welded from national-standard light steel keels. This material offers high strength and stability. The bottom is reinforced with channel steel or I-beams to enhance overall stability. The columns are generally made of square steel and undergo anti-rust treatment, which significantly extends their service life, allowing them to last up to 20 years.

For the enclosure structure, there are multiple options for the walls, with common choices including polyurethane sandwich color steel plates and metal carved panels. These materials not only have a thickness of ≥1mm but also possess various functions such as fire resistance, corrosion resistance, and sound insulation, providing users with a safe and comfortable environment.

The roof is made of FRP material, which offers good durability and corrosion resistance. Inside the roof, there is a thermal insulation layer that effectively blocks external cold and hot air, maintaining a stable temperature inside the toilet. Additionally, the interior is equipped with a plastic-steel decorative ceiling, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the toilet.

For the floor, FRP anti-slip flooring is commonly used, which offers excellent anti-slip properties to ensure user safety. The edges of the floor are treated with silicone rubber strips for waterproofing, preventing moisture from penetrating beneath the floor. Furthermore, the floor can be customized to meet different usage scenarios and aesthetic preferences, such as replacing it with tiles or plastic flooring.

The functional modules are an essential part of the mobile toilet, with standard features including a makeup mirror, coat hook, toilet paper holder, toilet, exhaust fan, lighting, handrails, door lock, and signage. These facilities meet the basic needs of users, providing a convenient and comfortable experience. Among them, the design of the toilet is selected based on different usage scenarios and requirements, such as squat toilets or sit-down toilets. The exhaust fan and lighting ensure proper air circulation and sufficient lighting inside the toilet.
