Features of Kunshan Container Houses
Kunshan container houses are characterized by strong mobility, sturdy structure, flexible space, low carbon emissions, and efficient construction.

Strong Mobility: The main body of Kunshan container houses is made of high-strength steel, ensuring a reliable structure with excellent earthquake resistance and deformation resistance. They can be easily relocated as desired, making them particularly suitable for engineering teams that require frequent relocation or individuals with high mobility needs. For example, on construction sites, they can be moved according to the progress of the project to meet the accommodation needs of workers; in tourist attractions, they can serve as temporary shops or accommodation facilities, with their positions adjusted flexibly according to the peak and off-peak seasons of tourism.
Sturdy Structure: Strict sealing techniques ensure overall airtightness and watertightness, effectively preventing leakage and moisture, ensuring safety, stability, and durability. They also possess excellent earthquake resistance, fire resistance, corrosion resistance, and moisture resistance. With an integrated molding design, built-in load-bearing frames, and the option to cover the exterior steel plates with wooden veneers, they are lightweight yet strong, supporting whole-box lifting and relocation, with a theoretical service life of over twenty years. However, exposed steel structures have certain limitations in high-temperature environments. When the temperature reaches around 600°C, the strength of the steel significantly decreases, making it prone to deformation or even collapse. Therefore, professional fireproof coating and long-term corrosion protection must be implemented during the construction phase.
Flexible Space: The movable container bodies are based on standardized steel structures and can be flexibly assembled and combined according to actual needs, easily creating various functional spaces such as office areas, living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and storage rooms. The standard specifications are 2.4 meters in width, 2.2 meters in height, and lengths ranging from 4 to 12 meters. They have a compact layout, strong adaptability, and consider both transportation convenience and on-site rapid installation efficiency, meeting diverse application scenarios.
Low Carbon Emissions: The construction process of container houses effectively reduces the generation of construction waste, and the materials are recyclable. Their modular design enables the products to be repeatedly disassembled, assembled, and reused, offering significant cost advantages in scenarios such as temporary construction on construction sites and emergency housing, aligning with the concept of green environmental protection.
Efficient Construction: They are usually manufactured in batches on standardized production lines. After most of the processes are completed in the factory, the components are transported to the site for rapid assembly, effectively shortening the construction period, reducing on-site wet operations, and ensuring component accuracy.
