In the Dianchi Resort area, Yunnan Jinghuan Haijie Company has added a new mobile toilet vehicle. This vehicle has undergone a comprehensive upgrade to address the shortcomings of traditional mobile toilet vehicles. Well-equipped interior: It features independent compartments to fully protect users' privacy. It is equipped with facilities such as hand-washing basins and ventilation systems, enhancing the comfort of use. Core advantages: It combines three core advantages: environmental protection and water conservation, mobility and convenience, and rapid response. It can be deployed on demand, arriving wherever it is needed. Customized for high passenger flow: The vehicle, officially put into use on November 1st, is a customized 'upgraded version' designed for high passenger flow scenarios in the Dianchi Resort area. The women's toilet has five squatting positions, while the men's toilet has three squatting positions and three urinals, accommodating approximately 11 people simultaneously. It also includes two dedicated disabled-accessible squatting positions (one each in the women's and men's toilets), equipped with emergency buttons. Flexible deployment and environmental treatment: The vehicle can be flexibly deployed to areas with high demand based on passenger flow changes. When the sewage and freshwater tanks are full, an environmentally friendly and portable suction vehicle can be used to remove waste and transport it to a professional disposal site. With the arrival of the red-billed gulls, its deployment has effectively alleviated the pressure on toilet facilities during the bird-watching season.
Regarding the 10th South Asia-Southeast Asia Exposition, the Kunming Urban Management Bureau conducted a competitive selection process for mobile toilet support projects. Selection meeting time: The selection meeting was held on June 8, 2026. Winning bidder: The winning bidder was Kunming Kangting Environmental Sanitation Equipment Co., Ltd. Contract amount: The contract amount was 147,800.00 yuan. Support period: The core exhibition support period covered the entire duration of the 10th South Asia-Southeast Asia Exposition. These measures reflect Kunming's emphasis on and effective management of mobile public toilets in different scenarios, aiming to provide citizens and tourists with a more convenient and comfortable toilet environment.
