Installation of Mobile Toilets in Kuancheng District

Admin 13 de octubre de 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Kuancheng District typically follows the core steps of 'positioning - assembly - connection - debugging', with specific operations adjusted according to the toilet type and site conditions.

I. Positioning and Site Preparation

Before installation, determine the specific location of the mobile toilet based on site planning, with a focus on checking ground conditions:

  • Ground Requirements: The ground must be solid, flat, and well-drained. If the ground is soil or has potholes, it should be hardened in advance (e.g., by pouring concrete) or covered with steel plates to prevent toilet tilting or damage due to unstable foundations.
  • Space Planning: Sufficient space should be reserved for personnel passage and equipment maintenance, while considering the access direction of sewage pipes or septic tanks (if connecting to municipal sewage networks).

II. Assembly of the Main Structure

Choose the assembly method based on the toilet type:

  • Split-type Mobile Toilets:
    1. Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined position and adjust its levelness.
    2. Install the wall panels (mostly sandwich panel materials) one by one, insert them into the chassis slots, and secure them with bolts or clips to ensure verticality of the walls.
    3. Install the roof panel and perform sealing treatment (e.g., apply waterproof glue or add sealing strips) to prevent rainwater leakage.
Note: Split-type assembly typically takes 1-2 hours and requires 2-3 people to work together.
  • Integrated Mobile Toilets (Box-type Toilets):
The factory has completed interior decoration and equipment integration. On-site, simply use a crane to lift the entire unit to the designated position, reducing installation time to within 30 minutes.

III. Connection of Water, Electricity, and Sewage Systems

  • Water and Electricity Connections:
    • Internal equipment (such as toilets, sinks, lighting) needs to be connected to power and water pipes, with priority given to using modular quick-connect designs to simplify operations.
    • If connecting to municipal water supply or sewage networks, professional personnel should handle the operation to ensure interface tightness; waterless or biodegradable toilets can omit sewage pipe connections.
  • Ventilation System: Install exhaust fans or natural vents to maintain air circulation inside the toilet.

IV. Functional Inspection and Debugging

  • Flush Test: Check the flushing force of the toilet and whether the water tank level is normal.
  • Circuit Inspection: Confirm that electrical equipment such as lighting and exhaust fans can start normally.
  • Sealing Inspection: Focus on checking for water leakage at wall panel joints and the connection between the roof and walls.

Installation Standards: Must comply with the requirements of the 'Hygiene Standards for Mobile Toilets' (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety, hygiene standards, and regular maintenance to extend service life.
