Jiuquan Mobile Toilet Foundation Construction

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

The core of Jiuquan mobile toilet foundation construction lies in modular design to adapt to the geographical environment, ensuring stability and durability through material and structural optimization.

1. Modular Design: Rapid Adaptation to Different Scenarios

Jiuquan mobile toilets adopt a modular design concept, with core units (such as toilet compartments, sewage storage tanks, ventilation devices, and solar power panels) being prefabricated standard components. This design allows for flexible combination of toilet compartment quantities and service functions based on the intensity of usage scenarios (such as peak tourist periods in scenic spots) and geological conditions (such as sandy terrain and significant temperature differences between day and night). For example, in sandy soil areas, stability can be enhanced by adding ballast modules or adjusting foundation treatment methods (such as using deep-buried anchoring). In areas with significant temperature differences, expansion joints must be reserved between modules to prevent seal failure caused by material deformation. Modular construction eliminates the need for complex on-site operations, significantly shortening the construction period and reducing environmental disturbance.

2. Material Selection: Coping with Dry, Windy, and Strong Sunlight Conditions

The climate in Jiuquan is dry, windy, and features significant annual temperature differences, imposing stringent requirements on the materials used for mobile toilets. The outer shell should be made of corrosion-resistant, UV-resistant composite materials (such as fiberglass-reinforced plastic or modified plastics), which can withstand material aging caused by strong sunlight and prevent wind and sand erosion of the surface coating. Internal structural components (such as brackets and connectors) should be made of high-strength metals (such as stainless steel or galvanized steel) and undergo surface treatments (such as sandblasting or electrophoretic coating) to enhance rust resistance. The sewage storage tank should be made of materials with excellent sealing properties (such as HDPE plastic) to prevent sand from entering and causing pipe blockages or odor leaks.

3. Structural Optimization: Enhancing Wind Resistance and Adaptability

Given the characteristics of sandy soil prone to subsidence and strong winds, the structural design of mobile toilets must focus on enhancing wind resistance and stability. Foundation treatment can be carried out in two ways: one is shallow foundation ballasting, which involves adding concrete ballast blocks or sandbags at the bottom to improve overall stability; the other is deep foundation anchoring, which uses screw piles or bored piles in loose sandy areas to fix the structure to deep, stable soil layers. Additionally, the overall shape of the toilet should reduce wind resistance, such as adopting a streamlined roof or inclined wall design to minimize the force area under strong winds. The ventilation device should be equipped with a sand-proof filter to prevent sand from entering and affecting equipment operation.

Through modular design, material optimization, and structural reinforcement, Jiuquan mobile toilets can efficiently adapt to complex geographical environments, balancing construction efficiency with long-term reliability.
